1- LL does not listen to residents proposals. They always think they know it better while there are some very good ideas to make SL a lot better.

2- Although LAG and TP seems to be improved compared to two years ago, it still needs a lot of work. When i drive my bike, it suddenly flies miles up into the sky and my boats act like submarines.

3- Premium members should have the opportunity to buy an opensim without owning a full sim first. There are a lot of crooked landlords out there, taking advantage out of their renters.

On 2 - I wish there was something that would stop vehicles from becoming caught in ban lines. Nothing ruins a nice outing like flying through the sky without one's vehicular accompaniment.

On 3 - Yes, yes, yes: and reduce tier overall while they are at it. Nothing would stimulate the SL economy more, that I can think of.

I'm supposing "opensim" refers to one of the lesser-primmed sim models, formerly known as "OpenSpace" sims, now called "OpenSpace" and "Homestead" with more on the way. FWIW, I tried at Jack's most recent office hour to suggest that it might be reasonable for individuals to be able to own one of these without having a full-primmed sim first, but pay some premium over the monthly fee offered to those with a full-primmed sim.

My thinking was that this fee premium would give Estates a built-in margin that they could charge renters of such products, and give LL some extra revenue in exchange for the additional service demand they may get from individual owners. I sense that LL is interested in this, but the Estate owners seemed dead-set against it; I'm really not sure why.

It's not as if they don't immediately undercut each other's margins for these commodity sims anyway, so I just don't get what difference they think it would make if individuals could own their own, in contrast to all the other estates that will be competing with them anyway.
