Okay, okay Amaranthim, no chains for Yosef... Sheeshh, you're no fun at all. :D

My favorite quote from a movie, and i can't remember the name,

"What's that? I dunno, but its got tits and a ray gun!"

Zardoz? Is that the one where Sean Connery lets the viewer down, his fellow countrymen down, and most importantly himself down?

I can't bring myself to post a picture. Suffice to say, he rubbed himself in Baby Bio to sprout even more body hair, wears a ludicrous plaited wig, the campest moustache to ever grace the silver screen, thigh high boots and some extraordinary red cloth nappy/braces combination,

I'm sure he was laughing all the way to the bank, however.

Yup : http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0070948/

/me peers at their "packages"... is there a slider beyond "duffel bag" in their version of the viewer?

I'm embarrassed to say, that 's the first thing I noticed. :o

As for Zardoz, someone one youtube made a comment about the voice in the trailer being that of Patrick Stewart. Does sound like him, but... you decide.

Pesky RL! They actually want me to work sometimes...

Amaranthim, I'm waiting for that RFD code... will make my stalking Yosef so much easier.

/me hummms a little tune, fantasizing about Yosef chained in my bedroom, with just enough slack to reach the kitchen so he can cook for me...

:p

OMG! I have the same fantasy ;)

LOL! Just added it to my Netflix queue.

That trailer reminds me a lot of the Grateful Dead shows I used to attend back in my twenties.

I like campy movies, too. Never saw Battlefield Earth, though. I also recently heard about Zardoz. I think I'm going to rent those two for fun this week-end.

"Amazon Women on the Moon."
Try that and possibly "Hollywood Shuffle." At least they were ment to be a comedy.

"The ancient cuneiform texts - some of the earliest known writing, dating back some 6,000 years - told the story of a race of beings called the Anunnaki. The Anunnaki came to Earth from a planet in our solar system called Nibiru, according to the Sumerians via Sitchin. "

Any thing to do with the guy the Scientologists are expecting?

No. But, I will add that Sitchin is a complete nutcase, and the Sumerians never REALLY wrote about "beings" (I hate that word anyway) coming from other planets.

It was a translation / chinese whisper issue.
They wrote about beans from other plants.

/me waves back to Macphisto...hi!

Yes, yes, yes...bacon IS always a good idea. Morning, noon, and night...and all times in between; there is a bacon (or pork recipe) for any time of day. Hey...I bet we could make a cookbook entitled: Bacon: 24/7.

Well, well, well...look what I found! (oh geez, I hope this wasn't somewhere in pages 1-121 of this thread...)
