Scylla, please do not quote him when he is being mean. I know he is stalking me. I know he uses my name in more posts than anyone and everyone else. I really do not need to see it. For the sake of the other reads, too.

Please.

Just let it go.

i miss having my own stalker. give him back, Rhonda!

Ok yeah I know who you saw. He can be hit or miss. Sometimes he sounds awesome and then other times he's a bit off on his singing. Just like you said. :p
If you like piano music you should check out PM Bookmite some time. Also Skye Galaxy.

wait.. who? don't y'all be dissing my poker face singer. i mean that! *wags finger at the group, then chuckles to self, then smooches Eli*

This would make for a good Friday thread but it's a bit early in the week so I'll post it here.

In Crap Mariner's blog he asks: http://firstlife.isfullofcrap.com/2009/11/full_moon.html

From: Crap Mariner

When people are batshit crazy, we often say "It must be a full moon."

Hence the word lunacy.

If you watch a few day cycles, you'll find that the moon is always full in Second Life.

Is this a statement by Linden Lab that people on the grid are always batshit crazy, or does this cause all of us to go crazy?

Or is it just pure coincidence?

I think he might be on to something ... no?

Oooh I smell a JIRA. To make the moon go through its natural phases. How cool would that be? And throw in eclipses now and then too!

I'm surprised that jira is unassigned. It seems like the type of thing LL would jump on, to avoid working on silly things like bad sim crossings and slow loading textures.

I understand that M Linden has issued an all hands on deck edict to have this jira resolved first. https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-11118

Oh, please. *I* know you're not perturbed in the least. *YOU* know you're not perturbed in the least. Get off the drama train and go get your boy some new sports gear. Sounds like he has too much electronica to me.

On *what* do you base *this* misdirected outburst?

Pep (My son is potentially even better a sportsman than I was and balances his sporting, academic, technological and social interests admirably. His hero is Jonathan Cake, who read English at Cambridge and won a rugby Blue, and has since gone on to a successful acting career; at the moment it looks like my son could emulate that.)

PS Who said I was "perturbed"? I have explained multiple times that I am not personally upset that Rhonda wished death by cancer upon me, but that I felt that more sensitive souls in the forums should be protected from such a vicious misanthropist.

ROFLMAO!!

*wipes tears from eyes*

Oh, I am sorry Pep, really I am . . . I just find this rather amusing . . . :p

Pep, you are bright, funny, and often insightful. In spite of myself, and despite the fact that you are frequently a horse's ass and probably have me on your list of "enemies" for crimes of both omission and commission, I find it difficult not to like you.

But you do NOT wear the mantle of "protector of the sensitive" very comfortably or credibly . . .

Stick to Defender of the Faith. It was good enough for Henry VIII, after all.

You're gonna get ostracised by the Non-Existent Clique for that. Quoting me *and* suggesting that I am not (just?) a boring psychopath.

Pep (And if you think you can get back in my good books so simply, think again.)

First post in this thread - because I couldn't reists replying to that.

Before they even think about the moon's phases, they need to get its travel through the sky right. It should *not* move against the star background but it actually moves across the stars. The whole lot should move together each 'night'.
