Something is screwed up with your DNS provider or the DNS tables for that area. See if you can find a free proxy site and open the web browser through them. That should get you a different set of tables.
Of course it could be that they let it lapse and someone else has picked up the name but it has not yet replicated accross the web. _____________________

Hey, Rhonda - what do you think of this explanation? It expired, but some DNS servers still have the address. So some people can get there, because they're still getting served up the numeric address, but on updated DNS servers, the address is gone. (or, like Chalice says, it's cached on people's individual computers)
