Oh L and P, which is made right here in New Jersey, is the best. When I am having a steak at a restaurant, the waitr will ask "Do you need steak sauce?" My response is always "I hope not". I can't see ruining a good hunk of meat with sauces and crap...but L and P is one that I do use frequently depending on the type of steak.
