I know better than buy these little pencil skirts ...

If I do get it lined up just right, all it lakes is the next stand in the AO to kick in and it goes all wonkers.

Wow, that's a really pretty one!

But yes, I know what you mean. That kind of skirt might almost work better as a slider skirt, rather than as a prim one. Although there'd still be problems with lining things up, I guess. At least then, however, you'd be able to wear something pretty underneath, instead of the usual ugly glitch pants.

Yep, they just don't suit those linebacker's thighs.

Okay, I just saw this funny video mocking people who wear their pants low to show their underwear.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rea86ELXafY

It is a two-and-a-half minute rap video (and I don't like rap), but it is funny enough to watch all the way through.

lol, Kalor.

I never did understand that whole trend. Nothing about it is attractive, or appealing...to me!

I like that dress, a lot. I think it looks wonderful on you. But I know what you mean about the prim patch. :)

It doesn't stop me from wearing those dresses though! :)

I guffawed at the size of the chains, and your hope that they "might" be able to contain Clover. :D

But I love the look of that hanging garden! Can't wait to see how it all comes together. :)

God, those things annoy me no end. They look so crappy. I've pretty much trashed all of mine.

A simple question for Friday

Since we are closing in on Halloween ...
What was the best or most favorite costume you have ever worn?

wow...that's a good question, Rhonda. :)

With few exceptions, I put together my Halloween costumes (rather than rent them). But one year, I was going to a fundraiser on Halloween, and my friend Kit and I decided to rent costumes. We went as "Southern Belles" - complete with hoop skirts.

We had a blast at that party. It was held at SeaWorld in San Diego, and the costumes worn that evening were amazing.

lol...the toughest part was stuffing ourselves into the car to drive to/from the party. :D

AND that year, I had convinced my office that we should all dress up for Halloween (worked at a university). So I sashayed around campus in all my finery. :D
