table 5 orders a rare steak. table 10 orders a well-done steak. the waitress takes the wrong steaks out to the two tables. she realises this too late, so she asks them how their meals are. they both nod and smile, saying 'its fine'. BUT they are actually unhappy about their meals. one feels like hes eating raw meat and the other thinks his steak is like shoe leather. the waitress knows they have the wrong steaks, the tables know it too, but they all play a part in a charade for no other reason than to get along, be polite, and avoid conflict. they are even aware they are both playing a charade, but you know... its life. _____________________

I have, and would say it tasted like crap. or more politely that it tasted like undercooked meat or shoe leather depending on what had been expecting and what wanted at time. I would not say it tasted ok, or fine, or good, or whatever. Then again I have limited, few, disappointingly small social skills. _____________________
