Yes. Laughing Out Loud. I still do not understand what you are talking about, though. The LOL is what the viewer does, not something inherent in the picture. Otherwise LOLCats would just be pictures of cats laughing.

Can I point out there is a simple way not to have to see any pics you'd rather not be faced with, regardless of who's posting, and that's by unchecking the "Show Images" box under the options in User CP. Then you only get the links showing and can choose which to click and which to leave.

Personally it's how I always have things set, mainly so I don't have to keep seeing *anyone's* pics repeated over and over in requotes or especially in sigs. I only look at them if I want to.

Against my better judgment, and fruitless though this may be, I'm stepping into this one last time.

Pep. Please stop this. Why do you even read this thread? I'm not sure what pleasure you've been deriving from the silly banter and photos....so why do you persist in reading, and then posting photos and/or comments which you know to be horrific and/or painful to others?

Until you started this retaliatory campaign, no one (at least until recently) posted an LOLcat with the sole intent to injure another reader. (I could, of course, be wrong, but I certainly do not recall any intentionally nasty LOLcats.)

And please don't respond by asking me why others post LOLcats when you do not like LOLcats. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I am not posting LOLcats to upset or offend you, nor would I dream of so doing. If and when I post them, I do so because I find the photos to be amusing or goofy or because they have a catchy phrase attached to them. (Again, I could be wrong, but I don't think other are doing it with malice aforethought. OK...now that I think about it, I do recall posting a few to poke at Brenda...but they were not done in a mean-spirited fashion.)

You expressed curiosity as to why your photos are being singled out for deletion. Being the intelligent man I know you are, you're perfectly capable of reasoning out the difference between one sort of LOLcat and another.

The difference, Pep, is that "crush pictures" are not allowed as they they have been determined to be not "PG." These forums are classified as PG.

Hence the reason for MY official request for their removal.

Yep great here too. The one I went to was smaller, but it was very festive, some good speakers from all political viewpoints, some campaigning for the June elections, very well done. not the bunch of fringe conservative loonies the drive by media is trying to portray the movement as at all.
