Good morning and Happy New Year to everyone. Wow, Mo, that is one helluva breakfast - thanks much.

The party was great, though I was good and left and spent some time in RL with hubby. Sorry I did not make it back to the Hangout before the US New Year started hitting - for some reason, I was having a terrible lag and crashing night.

That is so nice of you to say - but a bit embarrassing since I'm obviously not in Aebleskiver's league not to mention you and everyone else looking really glamorous. Anyway thanks 3R, it was nice to meet you in SL. I had a really good time last night, even if things were a bit laggy. I just looked at everyone's pictures and they are great. I was struggling just to get my camera aimed last night and the one set of really good pics I did get, of Oryx, I lost! I think they must have gotten over-written when I took some more pictures later. Anyway here are mine:

LOL - I love the comment about taking a pic of me. I finally figured out that I could not cam around, play music and take pictures at the same time without crashing - if I turned sound off, then it would take a bit longer before camming and taking pictures would crash me. I crashed a lot when I first arrived at the party, then I stabilized for a bit, then later in the night started crashing and lagging a lot again.

Love all the pics though - nice to see the ones of the folks that were there before I arrived.

I'm glad you guys took pics! I'm always afraid to take pics while I'm streaming, for fear of crashing. And I forbade the TV, because Trout was on the other computer and I was worried that we were taking up all our cable, LOL.

So ..in essence...you had Trout on the line and had to reel him in......

Our world (rl I mean) is pretty weird.

Thanks you. Yes I made it just before I started partying. I looks better now because I made several improvements to it during the course of the evening lol.

I always think I'm not a big fan of orange but then sometimes I really like it; I liked it on you a lot. I can see that it suits your bold vibrant personality, too.

The pics of Oryx that I lost were much better than the accidental one I salvaged from a picture of someone else. I was really pleased with the lighting, angle, pose everything. I wasn't able to get anyone else nearly as good. I wish I had gotten better shots of you for instance but really it was like working while submerged in molasses or treacle.

That shade is my favorite color to wear in SL and RL.
