this thread has put SL in the internet news by it's sheer post count alone.

I was taking a nap against a tree when I heard some scratching noises. And the tree was swaying.

last "pictures telling a story" fell on blind eyes, so just this one picture this time . .

Oh, and SL is acting up.

I thought it was going to be one of her Teacher notes saying you had to come in for a special lesson.

I only have 14,974 photos on Flickr. With just 115,433 views (only 416 views yesterday).

I have to hear the same song twice after only 2.2 days. :( Only 788 songs running 2.2 days on the iPod so far. Never had one before. Got it after Christmas. Currently using 3.09 GB.

*meows, licks entire thread*

Ok I draged myself away from the stalker thread finally. My husband is in the car honking the horn - well almost. We're going out of town for a few days. Bye.

Morning all!

Who's at work? I am. Ah well, more time for the forum!

I am also "at work" -- but I spent about two hours yakking with an SL friend.

Now this is not work-related, but...

A couple of nights back, my daughter was BORED and started nagging me to get off SL, and she started calling me "Key" -- which was very weird, and she almost managed to get "MacMoragh" right.

She kept it up for a while until I told her to cut it out.

I was mystified, since she's never seen the screen, and usually has no memory for names whatsoever. In this case, however, she ONE TIME heard me mention the name to the RL friend who introduced me to SL.

I should have told her she was violating the TOS, but didn't think of it in time.

The first article I ever read from the Onion was about an Anti-trust lawsuit filed against god to force him to break up into smaller deities.

Morning Threadies. :)

They also had a nice one about God being diagnosed as bipolar -- "a diagnosis that helps explain the confusing and contradictory aspects of the cosmos that have baffled philosophers, theologians, and other students of the human condition for millennia..."

i wonder which SL name my hubby would call me if he wanted to make a dig like that. most likely, he's smarter than that - but i DO wonder - now that you've put that in my head. (i have a lot of alts)

/me sighs.

I did a new years friends list purge. Including someone with whom I was once very close to. But things change. Still, it makes one reflective...

Wow - I did that too. I've been wondering if/when the other person will notice and if so, what he'll say and how I'll respond, other than "with heavy heart".

I removed a few names from my list too. But they were names I looked at and had to ask myself "Who is that?!"

Ok..it's Friday afternoon...time for a few chuckles. :D
