Allie, I'm so sorry you're having such a perfectly awful day! I'm sending warm fuzzy energy, I hope it helps. (I wrote this a while ago, not sure why it didn't get posted - if it did sorry for the repeat.) From: Rioko Bamaisin I get about 4-5 hours a night. I do often take about a 1-2 hour nap though while the kids are in school. I remember my grandmother was always up at 4:30 every morning. She didn't even leave for work until almost 7. I think I get it from her. I remember when I was younger and before kids, I could sleep 13 hours straight with no problem.  I remember when my dad retired and I thought my parents were crazy getting up early every morning. Now I'm going to bed later and waking up earlier than they did. From: Amaranthim Talon I haven't been sleeping well. Sometimes I fall asleep too early- other times sleep won't come or if I wake at some odd hour I cannot sleep again. Today I had nightmares of people breaking into the house and me wandering out side in the wee hours and not being able to walk right to get back in my house. I have been awake since 5:30 - Waking up to early is bad enough - I hope the nightmare is a rare thing.

I got snow!!!! I went and messed up my house, so I decided I might as well decorate my place for christmas. I have loads of snow (despite it being a beach sim  ) and I even got some funky looking candy canes you can hang from. All warm and cozy and snowy. Yey! (sorry Mac, yer tree's gone for a little bit.)

A lot of my weekend was spent either with RL holiday stuff, or dealin with th' stuff with skins that came up this weekend. but I did get a chance to get out an about a bit, too! A lot of my weekend, though, was soent with art. First, I now have some of my piccies in a show in Grignano:  And the show in Bay City has opened too:  That's the one with that piccie I asked a lot of you to pose in, for which I thank you so so so so much.  I also did fireworks for the opening of the' Avatrait Gallery, which I did't have any piccies in, but there are some amazing images in. If you wanna see some really amazing work, check it out!  Oh, an I finished off the weekend in Rockefeller Center. Well, the Funky Town version, which included lve music an a tree lighting. Here's one more piccie, jes cuz:  An that's th' latest! ...and thanks to everyone for their good thoughts on the RL workstuff an the skin stuff an alla that. Lots going on, it seems. I knew there was something different..off...about this Monday...and then I realized...."hey, where's Mari???" Thanks for realigning the planets again for me. Great pics - and congrats again on your pics on display! oooh..and I love that shot of Rockefeller Plaza. I'm planning on hopping on a train to NYC in order to see the RL version...a few Saturdays from now. |

Not for me. The storm dropped 3-6 inches at the south and west part of town, absolutely dumped in the mountains, but we only got 2-3 inches at my house and none of that stuck to the streets. I like living north of the downtown area - south and west almost always get the worst of these storms, and also way far north closer to the Wyoming border.
