well, he is. but i am not cooking 2 meals. forget that. plus, i'm in great shape simply by cutting out the crap, so it's worth it... but i am serisouly going to binge on some good ol fashioned country gravy this weekend. i just have to. it's in my mind now. i dreamt about it last night. LOL

of course, i'll pay for that. i will be very intimate with my bathroom after that. good thing i like it in there. :p

Thanks to that man I am NOT so picky about food anymore. If anything he makes me think "Goat Penis? Yea, I'd eat it" :D

And Iron Chef!!! OMG! LOVE IT!!!! Not so much the "american" version. The Japanese one is wild!!! I get a kick out of it when they make Ice Cream out of the 'secret ingredient'. LOL! Salmon Ice Cream!!!

In fact, my fiancee & I have turned it into a drinking game. Anytime we hear "Hekuzan" (or however its spelled), we take a shot. 3 Sheets to the Wind in NO time!!! XD

Gotta love Alton Brown too! Good Eats is Good Show!

you just reminded me... Amar, in Miami they have a hotdog place that makes SALMON hot dogs. they looked pretty good, for hot dogs. ever been?

i hardly eat fillers. meat and veggies, with the occasional couscous or wheat pasta. i added chicken broth, fresh minced garlic, basil & rosemary (to match the rosemary chicken). it was good, but oh how i long for thick country gravy. my lifestyle does not permit gravy in my daily diet anymore. it does not permit a lot of good yums anymore. :(

/me cries for ur shortened palette choices :(
