From: Sassy Romano You have to walk past signs at the entrance and they're pretty clear, then you encounter the hostess, it's not hard.
As has been stated, the code is clear.
Signs that take three minutes to rez should be allowed to rez before their message is enforced. Even my computer, which is a monster compared to most people's and is way beyond the recommended requirements, takes at least three or four minutes to rez the nearby surroundings of a sim I haven't visited before. When I visit a new location I know nothing about, I expect to be informed if the area is themed and my current appearance is not acceptable. I have great respect for other people's space and rules, but I'm not psychic so I would be quite upset if I were simply ejected without notice.

From: Chellonia Regent I wouldn't worry about Chris. He's a completely unreconstructed redneck with uber libertarian views. Empathy not a strong suit in other words.
Michelle Hi Michelle, I have lots of empathy. Empathy for the property owner who is trying to run his business how he thinks best. Empathy for the person who is trying to exercise his rights of free association (which have to include the right not to associate if they are to be of any use.) Do I pat whiners on the head and tell them everything will be ok? No. I don't. Everyone here is supposed to be an adult, they shouldn't need that kind of treatment. "I don't want no pardon For what I was and am, I won't be reconstructed And I do not give a damn. "

I think the club needs some of these. Will solve the badger problem.

From: Lucrezia Lamont I think a weasel phone was involved. Are you sure you don't have that backwards? It was phone weasels that caused that bit of trouble a while back. I think they were engaged in some sort of broadly offensive behavior.

Oh you are so right. I stand corrected. Thank you. *giggles* *dips back into the katnip* And yes, badgers with phone weasels might have been quite problematic for LL. *still wants to know what the hell a phone weasel is*

From: Surty Slok Hi, Sassy,
as I said in earlier posts, the signs weren't at all clear to me, and the hostess said nothing before ejecting me.
yes I agree it would appear from the one half of the story that we have that the hostess was trigger happy. That's not how I would have approached it. I would have definitely engaged in chat first whereupon I have no doubt that a suitable solution could have been arrived at. It happened to me, I was at Franks dressed in what I thought was a very sexy but classy dress and went over to help a newbie whom the hostess was asking to leave because he wasn't in a tux. I had a tux and was going to give it to him and get him sorted with unboxing etc. Hostess asks to speak to me in IM and asked that I wear something else. I wasn't up for an argument, their rules, her call so I said "It's ok, i'm leaving but you can help the newbie now!". Amusing thing was, the owner overrode her and asked me back, she was apologising but I said "no, it's your call, that's fine". I was tired anyway and left all the same. Oh and unrelated but I went to Bogarts two days ago after i'd self immolated and was in just my 3rd degree burns skin, no hair but a formal dress. I attracted no attention at all. From: someone For the record, I don't go out looking for drama and this is only the second time I've been ejected from anywhere in over two years (the first was within my first week when I had no concept of private property - oops).
Either way, if anyone ever arrives at my place, I just say "Hi" and chat. In the past i've sold land to random drop ins so I never get snotty at people. They're usually fun to talk to. Anyway, plug time but come to Intimate Moments for Formal Friday events, 3-5pm SL time, only requirement is formal wear, avatar type doesn't matter to my knowledge. Any other time, not even formal wear and this Saturday, the theme is "Barely There", come as naked as you dare as long as genitals are covered. Last time I danced with a wolf, I have to say, he got me really wet... ...licked my nose

And yet it appears the Phone Weasel Defense League was never formed. I'd do it, but I think it would need a special hand shake or something first.
