I go barefoot in SL all the time, no matter what I attend, or where I go.
Interestingly enough, my avatar was inspired when I was doing a bit of housecleaning and I resurrected a videotape of a 1980s Hanna-Barbera "lost" cartoon series, "The Little Rascals", the episode titled "Cap'n Spanky's Showboat" - which contains a scene with Darla wearing brushes on her bare feet to clean the floors of a riverboat that Spanky inherited from a deceased relative. She was seen barefoot for a brief moment (regardless of her wearing a dress). I heard the same floor cleaning scene was also featured in the "Pippi Longstocking" movie from way back when. And Papa Bear from the 2003 animated series "The Berenstein Bears" copied this feat as well. I wouldn't be one bit surprised if Fred Flintstone did the same thing also. |

Yes love to go barefoot, I do in rl so why not is sl, and in fact our last bit of land has barefoot beach in the title, so hopefully we will meet more bareffoed people

I go barefoot in SL, often when in silks etc. I never thought there was a thing with people who "loved" to be barefoot in SL.

I'm barefoot almost all the time in SL.
I wear the SLink feet and love them! I'm barefoot when I'm wearing my silks, jeans, shorts, naked - in other words, most of the time. |

Robin Sojourner does most of the time. She also sells foot "socks" which make bare feet more appealing and less "Ruthesque" over on Livingtree.

Oh cool, I'll check out the socks. I have an alt who goes barefoot all the time. I wear boots (or shoes, or Kleenex boxes) because you never know when you might step in something awful.

No more of that weird flesh color inside the ankles of your pants if you wear wide-bottomed trousers. (Most wide pants legs and sleeves are prim now, probably just because of that awful glitch.) I also wear the bare-hand gloves with a couple of shirts I have with wide sleeves. Can't praise them highly enough! (And I could be mistaken, but it seems like when I got mine they were a free item. If not, they're definitely worth shelling out for!) _____________________
