impending gor raid? Can we defend ourselves legally?

We had aventure into a certain gor Sim as of lately and in turn in recent weeks have had more and more gor traders and slavers flying slave raider tags appear suddenly on our sim. No action so far has been taken but we are more than concerned.

SO, as a preemptive, our sim has purchased multiple inter-sim nuclear missles. These were once banned because they will crash a complete sim and cause total havoc. These newer nukes were reworked to come back into TOS approval and are a bit more precise and legal but still very effective.

We traced the gors back to your home sim and, after succesfull recon have effectivly targeted all living areas and possible jump points out. No less than 52 missles are located wthin 3 sims of this gor homeworld, awating a order that hopefully won't come.

But know this, that if you attack our sim we will obliterate yours for days on end. We also have been playing with pyhsical weapons and have produced a few that really do damage.
we are not griefers, we do not go out looking for a fight or stir up trouble.

If you leave us alone we'll leave you alone. Simple. BTW your swords and traps are no match for technology.

If we are attacked and we retaliate, will the Lindens get involved?

Oh how I dearly wish there wouldn't be Company intervention...

Yes they would if you 'retaliated' and were reported - but I see incredible entertainment value in this entire escapade...

Wow and I thought they just used bows, arrows and such weaponry from the medievial times. I don't participate in Gor but the drama there is always interesting. They should make a tv show for cable based on it. I would watch.

Let's hope for mutual annihilation!

/me refrains from any comments about goreans using modern tactical weapons and decides to just bring some popcorn, throw on some shades, and watch the epic battle unfold.

Ok, lets pretend this isn't an alt just made for a wind up and really someone less than four days old who has sims, made lots of weapons and really travelled in force to a Gor Sim .......

As you say, the Gorean weapons are primitive and are safezone enabled only working with meters. They actually can't do anything without you agreeing by wearing the meter yourself. If you are using damage weapons, who do you think would be in trouble?

Perhaps you should have thought of that in the beginning.

Derri, I would strongly recommend nitrous oxide.......... lots of it. Laughter can be an incredibly potent weapon at times like this. :D

Or maybe set up a stand-up comedy club on your land and invite your gorean neighbours for some home-brew laffs. Chances are they'll get bored and leave.

No we are NOT gors or RP as gors. We inadvertantly landed on a gor land while shopping and got into a instant confrontation about womans places in society.

We assume profiles were read and thats how they tracked us down. But it goes both ways. Thus we used their own gloating and information against them.

We may risk a ban and fight back if it comes to that. We need a new main computer anyways.

You'd be suprised how many open build lands there are out there yet, and a missle only needs about a 5x5 floating cube to be safely housed, armed, programmed and ready for a touch of a button.

Thanks for noting that. I'm not in-world to check the profile but I was figuring that the OP was probably a recently born account.

Instead of just saying OOPS, excuse me and leaving? Sounds like you were looking for trouble....and found it.

Oh sorry, actually a couple of weeks old, the forums I thought registered our 'birth date'. Anyway still rather new and ummmm.,.. groups are rather interesting for someone anti Gor ;)

Edit: and actually hidden groups in profile as I wrote this :D
