Oh speaking of new year, I will be taking a sabbatical from my resmod duties at the start of the new year. Aki Linden will be taking over pro tempore. Well Aki, You have your job cut out for you, we can get terribly silly at times (I am speaking for myself) I just hope you don't put any of us crazies in an AR, we may be crazy, we may be silly, but we are harmless, and we will try to love you as much as we loved Strife...Doggies...I didn't get to know you very long Strife, but, sniff...I'll miss you!

I can remember filling out some survey from LL about the various types of help available and how useful they were, what could be improved etc.
I was torn between criticising the support ticket system (which is worse than shite frankly) and bigging up the forum as they didnt have multiple options. I went with bigging up the forum eventually as if all else fails and I cant navigate my way to the info/help I need elsewhere then this forum has never failed to help. People here are hugely generous with their experience and knowledge. Ive even found out about things that I didnt think I needed to know about until I read of them. I hope Strife enjoys the well earned break _____________________

It's been a valiant effort for a long time, Strife, one I'd not have dared take on myself.
Nobody could have done the job and not broken some eggs along the way. Considering the mission, your record is pretty good, and I couldn't have done better. A salute, and thank you - and may you get some well-deserved rest from all this. Des * * * * * Aki Linden, welcome, and good luck with this! I have a crazy idea for you. If you will be actively 'on top' of the forums, perhaps it would be possible to reverse the old forum bans - there must be hundreds - a sort of amnesty, or gesture of goodwill to start? Just an idea. I'm a big fan of second (and third, and fourth) chances. _____________________
