when you are having sex in SL, do you ever fake orgasm?

I wonder how many are in SL are in the category or this statement would hold true for them: they don't have Sex or Orgasms in SL so why would I fake it?

The foreplay animations can be nice, but once at it, I barely watch the AV's, and can ignore the weirdness of positions etc, I concentrate on the text chat or even voice, I enlarge the tex window and watch the keyboard as I type, I even been prodded by my partner at times, "hey I moved to the bed a coule of minutes ago". Voice can be a bit tricky to get started and you both need to be very descriptive people to cyber regardless. To explore anothers body and get feedback using chat or voice can be done, though some may just reply with what they think you want to hear. Voice can be offputting to hear your partner typing IM's in the background, when you are devoting 100% attention to them to get things right. Even though I'm a guy, I have faked a few times, to get it over with if I suspected my partner wasn't into it.
I agree with Okiphia, that sex can just be about contact with the person, and yes cybering can take a couple of hours to build to the climax, making it feel so much more worth the effort and more sure that your partner is wanting the same thing and is synchronised better.
