We don't know what her warnings were for. But I don't expect that fact to get through the portland cement many of you have in your ears (and eyes). |

See? Now the thread has been derailed, per Kismet's request. And I was right! She does think Chris Norse has a self-esteem problem. All this time I just thought he was a libertarian. Kismet - is it possible you're just being mean-spirited for the sake of being mean-spirited? Or do you know something about the OP we don't? She's been suspended twice, and is apparently doing something that can get her suspended again. She wants to know how far she can push the rules before she gets banned and appears to be planning on coming back with an alt when the inevitable happens. She says the Lindens are banning people left and right, which isn't really the experience of anyone here, so she must be hanging around with a group that is doing things to get banned. It's not like a lot of assumptions are being made. She's pretty much hanging herself here.
If you just want to take an opportunity to attack the regular posters in the forums, you might choose an issue that gives you a stronger argument than this one - just from a strategic point of view. It's tough to hang your hat on this one. There are other good opportunities to attack us all than this one. Nah, you're just extrapolating a bunch of assumptions from very, very little info. This is the problem around here. People in the in crowd think they have this infallible sense of what's really going on. You all can create your own realities here, but that certainly doesn't mean I have to buy into it. And gee, I didn't know being a Libertarian automatically means you can't have esteem issues. In fact, the Libertarians I know are very slow to pronounce judgment upon others. Learn something new everyday! |

18 is not a child. Still in school or not, 18 is old enough to know the difference between lawful and unlawful, good and bad, right and wrong. 18 is legally an adult. Old enough to choose to screw up your life if you want to. Or old enough to make it into something worthwhile. LOL dekka...i must only be a baby then  no prom for me  Bully, I think you should just take a look at what you got the warnings for, against the ToS. At least read them. Yes, you have been mocked, but really, what else did you expect with a post like this? you were vague and alluding to the fact that you have violated ToS/community standards. Not once, but twice. You then carried on to justify that SL would be 'boring' without this sort of thing. As you can probably make out, not everyone shares this view. In fact, most of the posters I have seen disagrees. i personally feel that SL might be a lot better without greifers and others who violate the standards. it honestly wouldnt surprise me if LL were cracking down. It sounds like a great idea.
