I just dont see the point in being in a relationship and telling someone you love them if your only playing at it. If your in a RL relationship and cant tell your partner what your doing in SL then what have you got to hide and why are you hiding it?

This would have been so much easier....if Annabel had just come here to ask our advice on creating an Alt....especially for someone so new.....we could have discussed all the ramifications and all the nuances. I mean...most new people I run into....aren't even aware of what an "Alt" is....let alone have a need to create one so early in the adventure.

This is a cause for great concern.

Should we discuss this....and try to work out the issues, Annabel? Perhaps another could benefit from the enlightenment?

is it cheating when you hurry up and close the SL window before your RL partner can see you doing the horizontal (or not) bop with an avatar of the opposite (or not) sex? Cause if they don't actually see it, it didn't happen?

I won this freebie on a gorean hunt in a sex-farm casino full of spamming traffic bots, and all it had was a no-perm facelight with a resizer script in every prim that added 30,000 to my ARC, so I got ejected and banned from the sim, and now I can't log in because it says I'm still logged in because I forgot to age-verify for my home.

Thanks to those of you who have expressed sensible opinions even if again they contradict each other. I am beginning to think that asking questions in this forum on things that arent technical just causes more trouble than they solve.

@Ralektra I just logged in as Annabel again and tried to teleport to Sweethearts and I got the message Could not teleport. You are banned from the region. So I don't know what you are talking about but you are wrong.

@Mickey I dont really understand some of what you are saying in your posts. Maybe that is because I am not sure if your opinion is male or female although that should not really matter. I looked up the spelling of faithful and you are right there is only one l in it. Perhaps I got confused because Marianne Faithfull spells it with two ls.

@Brenda I love Mile High too. If I had to work I would love to be an air hostess.

3Ring I am laughing because Pep warned me when I posted my first question in the forums that people would say I was him. He has given me lots of advice that has turned out to be very useful including not using Annabel in sl which answers your question too Mickey I think. It was him that told me to post any questions I had on a Friday too because he said that I would get more replies even if some of them were silly like 3Rings.

Very interesting that an Alt would be created to tout the "moral high ground" when the Main is cheating behind their RL husband's back. No less, asking this Community advice on how to do so. The word "hypocrite" pops up immedately.

I got a giggle out of "air hostess" describing a flight attendent. A quaint, old-fashioned term which dates a person and shows a bit of sexism. I suppose we went backwards into the early 1960's at some point when no men where in that field?

I am a bit confused by your post. I am not quite sure what you mean by touting and I am certainly not worried about the moral high ground. I am not being a hypocrite at all. My question asked if it was normal for people with multiple avatars to run several different and separate relationships. I know Lindal said you can not trust what anybody says here about rl or sl but most of the people I talk to in sl say they are married or with partners in rl and have come to sl for fun.

I know that airlines like to call them flight attendants now but I call them air hostesses because my aunt was one and that is what she called herself. Flight attendant doesn't sound as romantic does it.

I can't help it; I still call them stewardesses. Just what I grew up with, I guess.

I wont lose my rl husband because as I have said he is completely computer illiterate except on his Wii. I am trying to have some fun in sl because he stops me having ordnary men friends in rl as I explained in my first question.

Keep playing your game, however. Nobody believes "you" are who you say you are, or Cato is who he/she says they are.
