From: Colette Meiji I just got really tired of the 22ish people who are still Angst driven telling me they will never meet anyone IRL , etc , etc. OMG that gets tiring!!! And THOSE are the guys I attract in SL. I think it's just because instead of saying "I can't talk now, I'm working" when I'm busy, I just let them talk and don't respond, giving the impression that I'm a good listener.  I'm about 10 years older than my SL partner. I wouldn't even know it if she hadn't mentioned her age. *shrug* Her kids are a lot older than mine are, though!!! |

My SL Partner is now my RL love.
I met her when I was opening a new club back in May/June last year and she attended the Grand Opening in June. At the end of September, she moved to be with me in RL.
I am 51, she is 36.
It happens. And will happen again for others too.

My SL husband is a little bit older than me. I am 25 and he is 63. I have never met someone I have truly connected with like this before. I keep telling him we are equal age wise as I have an "old" soul and he has a "young" soul. We were born the same day, met that day and have been together ever since. We share things equally and bring out the best in each other. I have a short temper which he is able to calmly and effectively deal with and I TRY to keep him up to date in fashion  We not only are in SL together but talk everyday on msn. I know that people irl would be upset with our relationship but our friends in SL who know us and see us together are very accepting of our relationship. He makes SL a great place, for me anyways. |

Tucson, the fastest growing ghost town .... since most people here are here for health, which is absured because they passed the life expectancy mark years before they moved here. Including my sister in law, and my mother in law. I told my wife were moing to the Atlantic seaboard. Looks like I might be single again soon....

Well we have been together in RL for the last almost 6 months and all is terrific. Not legally married as yet (immigration issues to be resolved...permanent resident status vs. work visa)....but common law until such time as we can complete all the paperwork etc. |
