I wonder why one should be able to bomb people twice without being banned.
Bombing is not something you can do by mistake.

Maybe the lindens should scrap the idea of the Teens only area and make a MAFIA's ONLY AREA ,and restrict them from the rest of Second Life...i mean when You are so aggresive that you are stoopping people from flying high above Your Sim and shooting them if you feel like, YOU DONT PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS!

You and various members of your 'family' were actually banned by LL for this action so patently they do not agree with you.Mass neg rating IS against the TOS (you had her neg rated to -21 I believe)

I would'nt like to make a judgement on someone's mental stability not being an actual psychiatrist myself and I very much doubt your qualified to do the same thing.

And lastly the correct course of action against someone who has griefed/abused you is of course to report them to Linden Labs - which you did not. In fact the supposed 'crime' did'nt even involve you did it Stacy, so YOU could'nt report it to Linden Labs could you?

The CORRECT course of action was however taken by the girl that you had neg rated which resulted in quite a few bans for your 'family' & your 'allies', while she herself received NO ban or disciplinary action from Linden Labs of any kind.

To sum up - you,your family and your so called allies decided that you were both judge and jury - your not.Linden Labs,as you now realise,decide what IS and what IS NOT a violation of the TOS in Second Life.

I also remember the abusive remarks on your alts profile while you were banned so what did all this say to me,an outsider, at that time? The girl you mention as being 'mentally unstable' has been a member of my club for over seven months and I've had not ONE complaint about her in all that time - I cannot say the same about various mafia groups that you are either head of, a member of, or allied to.

I've had dealings with some groups (most natably the Kinsella's) who DO play by the rules and dont involve 'outsiders' in what they do, and if they have a problem then it's solved within the limits of the TOS.I KNOW you to be an intelligent woman Stacy,I respectfully suggest that in future you allow your forum posts to reflect that.

I would like to see SL Dev team deal with people who use organized crime names and terrorist organizations start giving out warnings. Especially when people have no clue about what the real Mafia is about.

Yes, the Mafia in Italy is very bad and mobsters on TV are probably people we'd just as soon not live near, but this isn't Italy, and the Mafia groups in SL are mostly doing it for the company and fun, and even in real life, most mafia-types are pretty nice guys, so long as you don't cross them.
We used to live next to the head of the Worcester mob, and he was a great neighbour and a hell of a nice guy. After my sister got raped and beaten nearly to death, the Hancock County District Attorney refused to prosecute the guy, even though he'd attacked three other women. There was an editorial in the local paper that basically called her and the other women who'd brought charges against the rapist greedy whores. Mr Consiglio heard about it, came over and told me not to worry about getting any justice from the legal system, since it wasn't going to happen; the guy's family owned the local paper and a lot of property in Bar Harbor. Two weeks later the guy who raped my sister disappeared forever, and the Assistant District Attorney was in the hospital. Sometimes mob justice is the only kind available.
