I have placed the land not for sale.
I have modified my build so they spin less fast.

I have done what was asked and yet I am still viewed as griefing you. What do you want? Me to take the build down completely? No, I will not do that. I'm within my rights, harming nobody, and not even trying to sell the land anymore.

If you dont like my build.... get over it. I'm done trying to accommodate this board full of crybabies.

I have modified my builds to make them less objectionable. All in all, I'm being very accomodative. I'm not even trying to sell the land anymore. I intend to stay there forever.

Anyways, where is your museum and what is it about, as I usually dont even bother reading those huge obnoxious spinning ads i bump into in SL from time to time.

I changed it because I feel a carebear more accurately represents my personality than a crazy domestic terrorist.

Curiosity got the best of me. I couldn't find anything in Rose that was walled-in other than more of these spinning cubes.

Why I expected to find anything else I don't know. Just an optimist I guess.

Those "spinning cubes" as you put it are the starting points of the most glorious musuem SL has ever seen.

And FYI, they light up at night.

Well, since the thread you posted that to can no longer be added to, here is my response to Philip's request for TOS language.
OK, here is my paragraph:
Pretty well written, if I do say so myself.

I like that idea that whenever possible the rules of SL can be enforced by means of automation. That little dialog box that pops up whenever someone bumps into you is a perfect example. There are other situations where the rules can't be automated, but the rules can be so clear-cut that (almost) anyone can interpret them unambiguously.

Then there are cases that not only require human intervention, but also a certain amount of judgment on the part of both users and Linden Labs. I don't think this last category can ever be eliminated, if for no other reason than that there are people who make it their life's work to find them.

Too bag there isnt a Lag tab on the in game map that color codes plots of land based on the load they are putting on their Sim in proportion to their land size. This would be measured offline or some other way; ie not an on going real time measure. If they had some quick way to compute this based on a set of equal factors. Then if someones land had a huge lag factor in proportion to its size then it would at least draw attention to possible problems. But then again it could lead to unjusitfied witch hunts against people that dont know they are causing it. On the other hand it could lead to getting some of the lag dealt with and under control. Im sure Im not the first to suggest this, nor am I sure its even possible.

So, if your museum is where all the lil spinning cubes are why do you need more spinning cubes across the sim? Face it Wall you're a pathetic asshole and you barely do a good job at that. that said, its a shame for people to try and sell land for 3X or more the going market value, and then claim they arent trying to make a profit threw extortion. If it was wall streets attempt to make a museum what purpose does any of this stupid content serve? and why would you sell your land anyways if trying to expand. 16m2 is a joke of land quantity, and only allows 3 prims. its obvious wall streets story is BS and he is attempting to save face, but everyone can see threw the cr*p.

in general I am against building restrictions and zoning rules, for it limits the creativity and enjoyment for the entire playerbase, but it seems without some structure we will be over run by pricks trying to make a quick buck unless something is set into motion.

Triffen, I am no longer trying to sell the land. I'm in for the long haul. And it is true, I am not affiliated with your group at all - or even ever conducted business with you. The vast majority of the plots I purchased for musuem development were from AnsheCorp.

And Talen, that profile is from a period when I was going through a very psychologically uncomfortable/challenging time. I just have not had the chance to update it as of late.

To make you happy, I will update it tonight in accordance with my new mantra, "Make the World Happy". It will be all cuddles and smiles.

Here's a perfect example when everyone in this thread needs to reach for their negrate button. It's legal. Negrate the sucker, so that he has a negated rep and cannot collect Linden dollars for whatever plusses he has been able to garner to date.

Also, AR him for affecting the enjoyment of your game.

Making the spinning a little less isn't a solution. This griefer needs to go. Put walls up all around his land on your side. Put clear tiles on your side, and ugly rusted roof tin or whatever you got on your side.

Griefing does require within-TOS griefing to respond, when it escales to this terrorist level.
