Land Extortion part 3 1/2 or the pathetic story of an alt

So I'm at my property in Rose when my neighbor asks me what I think of the huge spinning blue tower spewing particles right next to my plot. I go over to look and see that there was a 16m plot for sale at the edge of one of my walls and this huge tower. The screenshot shows the price for the land but fortunately Rheya Linden came by and took care of the problem.

There is another extortion tower at the edge of Sage and I'm sure more coming...we all know and love this alt so hopefully he'll get the clue that it wont work. I didn't get a pic of the tower but i'm sure others will be along soon enough with a pic or two.

The person doing this has an obvious facination with Grimmy Moonflower and wants to emulate him ...except he isn't funny and has no clue what Grimmy was even like.

The continued arguments over "what constitutes aesthetic griefing" makes me wonder if it would be possible to implement property codes (example), much like real life, to the TOS.

Of course, in a very light sense. I'm firmly opposed to any "zoning" restrictions because, frankly, I feel they don't work in a public sense. But that's another debate entirely.

I am not sure what all the hubub is about. I am extorting nobody.. I am merely building on my own land. I happen to like my builds, I do not think they are ugly and they are going to grow into full-fledged large museums once I get enough visitors to fund my expansion.

I am harming nobody, I am residing within the TOS, and I am merely trying to start a business. I cannot understand why you think this is extortion. I'm not forcing - or even asking - you to buy the land.

Bullshit. You are putting up these spinning cubes and marking the land up because you know the only choice your neighbor has is to buy the plot to get rid of the mess. Unlike last weeks thread on this subject this is blatant abuse and you know it. How is this going to grow into a museum with 16m2 and if you love your build so much why did you immediately put the 16m2 up for sale for $599?

How will I get suspended? I am not breaking the TOS by building on my own land. If it will make you happy, I will remove the "for sale" part and just keep the land for my own development.
