Public Reply to Anshe Chung

Lol, Ursa, tysm for the advice but clearly if I go IW to find out what is going on not only will I probably get a "none of your business response" but I don't want to hear what I have already read on the forums. Also several people that I like seem to be at war with each other, which seems to always be sad. (Cat and Jauani are both nice people)

I did say at the very beginning "If its true". I clearly don't know both sides, however, I have seen Anshe do this to at least one other person as well for the exact same reason, because she got a neg rate. I just feel its wrong how she retaliates. Can't she just neg rate back? and be done with it?

This type of banning when your goal is to sell land seems very counter productive.

I only meant that by going in world you could try out for yourself what routes were available to get from the teleport thihngy to Cat's ladn in Ross. Yes, there is a bunch of land owned by ANshe, but there are ways to get by this - as already stated by myself ad Anshe. I also saw the huge sign built I assume by Cat and posted along Anshe's wall.

If Jauani is being truthful - and I haven't known her not to be - then the ORIGINAL banning may have actually been by Cat herself - withdrawn - but perhaps...well, obviously ...too late.

I think Anshe does not make idle threats or take action that she doesn't intend to back up. So, when negotiating with her it is probably best to first of all respect her - she seems to have been respectful in her dealings here - as much as possible that is.

I think there should be limits as to how much land you can own in certain sim zones because of this issue alone.

Of course it was. It was also bad for business when I stopped Eddie Vogel from stealing newbie land and called one liason.

The best way to satisfy greed and get rich is if you are 100% opportunistic. You don't waste energy standing up against what you think is moraly wrong. You take beating from bully and lick ass and hope they move on.

If I would really be 100% business girl I would use 10 alt account to trade land and switch those every 2 month. When in one sim only one piece of land is for sale I would buy it and sell it for 30 L$ per sqm because I know somebody need it and has no choice. At same time everybody would love my main account who could happily win sympathies by flaming land baron of the day.

So, my fault obviously is I am not 100% business girl. I stand up to my principles and to what I do and I don't hide what I do. And I don't give in to people who use intimidation and pressure to get their way. Maybe this make me target for many attacks now and maybe somebody believes the slander and won't do business with me. But at least I can get up in the morning and look into the mirror. And I don't see one cowardish opportunistic girl without personality but can look into my face and feel pride.

I didn't tell you to respect anyone and I'm taking no sides. It seems to me you don't care about any resolution and you just want to whine...This is a silly little game of drama for attention and you don't deserve to be taken seriously in the matter if your not willing to try and work it out.

Why would I be kidding?? This punch and slap forum activity is too much! You have helped to push some of us into Anshe's camp - not Anshe. I never knew her until I just got sick and tired of listening to this constant crap about how awful Anshe is. My god.

Now Cristiano is comparing her to Bush and Iraq... Ya see. Its just not that big a deal. IMO. Anshe has always been more that polite and informative with me. Why would I not stand up for her? I have never seen her attack you in the way that you attack her - in the forums.

The For Sale signs - are everywhere and are not all hers!!! Hell in Mallard I live right next to giant yellow for sale signs. I mean - these folks are trying to sell land - its allowed - so ...er ah -who is anyone to bother to neg rate it!!?? I just don't get it. Its like someone neg rating some part of your Christmas Island... because maybe they find Christianity offensive. ... maybe they see it as a dark force in the world responsible for the deaths of millions. I mean ya know? Yet its not neg rated.

Anshe is just one person... she is making money - I assume - by buying and selling land. People are involved with her in many way son many levels. Good for her. Talen stop it, I wasn't whining and I was trying to figure out a solution. I didn't care for your opinions of how I should handle this. If you dont care for what is being said or how then I suggest you dont do the thing that hurts you.

Give a second to think what would be an acceptable comprimise (BOTH OF YOU)
