I totally agree. Most companies could care less what their customers think, yet alone giving them advanced warnings, or just being truthful. Chris hit it on the money. He messed up, he appologized, life goes on. Just because we pay them money each month, doesn't make them super human. They make mistakes just like you and I, and honestly if there is a perfect person, he/she must be one bored individual.

So, in time for lunch breaks in California, SL is coming back at noon :)
