As I posted above, I still invite everybody interested to take a look at Crescent and judge yourself.

a chung - i have just checked your profile - you have more neg rates than anyone I have ever seen and you only started in March. (with the exception of Darko who begged people to neg rate him lol). -18 for behaviour, -16 for appearance (assume that's when people gave you 3 negs) and building -19 (ditto). What I find staggering is that you have also given out 37 neg rates.

Does this not say something to you? I would be mortified if I had that many neg ratings but obviously your skin is thicker than mine.

You upset people's SL lives and then wonder why people like One makes a thread about you.

I am so very lucky to be surrounded by really good neighbours and none of us will ever sell our land without checking with each other first. They have created a little paradise and i am very pleased to say that you don't own any of it.

I really don't want anyone attacking Anshe.

Anshe though, you should most likely refrain from posting transcripts of IMs. I'd recommend going to SLUniverse, which is what I'm considering doing.

Although, I really don't think that any form of reasoning or begging would do anything to change the situation.

As far as the land, it, for some reason, wasn't terraformed like all the other beautiful terraforming that was done in Crescent. It was left relatively normal, after I was told it was going to be flattened into terraces. Wow, now doesn't that just make me look like an ass?

I did enjoy being told my build was an ugly build of doom that brought down land values in the area, and now, I'm being told my games are fun.

checkmate, and I accept defeat. Congrats on the world conquest. Someone definitely has the highest score. People's emotions can't possibly compare to that.

About the neg rating I can only say that 6 week ago I had zero neg ratings. Then the anti land baron mob thought it would be fun to neg rate my sale signs. Well, I see it as a compliment of my success that I attract so much jeleousy

I also find it funny that, to make a point, land is left as is, obviously showing that someone knows what is actually regarded as beauty in the world. Surely leaving one plot as is will make up for months of negative reputation.

Damn it, why am I still putting energy into this. I have the most massive migraine I've had in years now, all over someone who could give a damn.

I invite anyone to take a look at any of Anshecorp's myriad of land "developments" don't worry, you won't have to look far, and then make a decision for yourself.

Perhaps she is right, perhaps prospective buyers are too stupid to know what is actually beautiful or useful to them and definitely need to have the terraforming done for them, despite overwhelming protestations from the people already living in an area and who actually plan to continue living there.

Oh well, maybe, if I too could cash in and make $35,000 - yes, that's US$, then I too wouldn't mind squashing anyone and everyone in my path.

Although my post is on this thread, it was meant to be read in rather generic terms. I was not making a comment on any specific people or terraforming.

Oneironaut, you can say what you want, but still won't look you better. I think it is bad joke that now you try to make people believe that your bullying tactics prevented me from doing roXX EDItZ of D3mZ. I always try to both contibute to the enviroment of a sim and the usefullness of the land I purchase in balanced way.

Now you send your gang to mass neg rate me and throw obscenities my way, while you pretend be the nice guy and not involved with this. Don't you feel shame? I just received several more neg rates, obviously by alt accounts. Your alts? Somebody elses? I don't know.

But in any case, what you are trying to pull off here, attempting to force another resident into not using her land the way she enjoys is just purely selfish, arrogant and completely anti-social.

I think the single most maddening thing about you Anshe is your arrogance. You attribute anyone disliking your actions to being jealous (learn to spell the freaking word, your convenient English is not that bad), instead of recognizing that people can disapprove of your actions across the board without being jealous. Jealousy plays no part in what makes me angry about your actions. If you would stop for half a second to actually listen and work with people instead of just writing them off as jealous (again, your narcissism and delusions of grandeur showing), perhaps people would actually like you instead of revile you. Would it kill you to leave a sim unterraformed?

Anshe I have tried so hard to like you but you make it so difficult. You keep using the word jealously. This is not the feeling that people who really care about the community are feeling. It is hurt. Hurt that you don’t care more for this community yourself. Even if the land in question is terra-formed and enhanced by your services you are missing the point. You are imposing your aesthetic on the community as a whole. People are asking you to consider Second Life as more than just a avenue in which to make money. People have put considerable amount of love and time in their builds and you dismiss them completely because they do not fit into your egomaniacal perverted capitalist scheme.

I really cant see your services as being beneficial to anyone but yourself. I know your prices have become competitive and you have been trying harder to accommodate people. Unfortunately that is just not enough. Most of the land you take and subdivide into smaller parcels. You are really having an effect on the landscape of this world. I think people are genuinely concerned about what you are doing. Can you step back and look at what you are doing objectively? The lindens put a lot of work into parceling the land up and making it look beautiful. You come along parcel it up and litter the landscape with for sale signs. Regardless of how nice the signs are there are just so many. You have left a wasteland of fucked up parcels in your pursuit of doubling you fortune.

I look at you like I look at big business. You could two fucks about the artists and creative minds in this game. You see it only as a way to make more money and this is the tragedy Anshe. I am vowing to effect change and do what I can to stop this shit. I don’t care if I get suspended because there is a greater good I am fighting for and I will personally do what I can to ensure your second life is a miserable one.

I would imagine that making over $35,000.00US from flattening land and selling it to naive new players would damage one's objectivity. Anshe cares about Anshe. Anshe is selfish. She does not want to create content, she doesn't -actually- care that she's being negatively rated, and she doesn't care if she has to hurt people to do what she does. She does not care about people and she is not a humane person. I don't think there's any other way to describe her actions.

Ok, ill come clean. Those are my friends accounts you were just neg rated by. I never play them, but imed my friends, pointing them to this thread. They took it upon themselves to neg you.

To the above post, she has ruined my gameplay more then once.

Me and Nick Fairlight were having a race around the snow sims, her constantly rezing for sale signs continuely interrupted the race.

Her for sale signs once SURROUNDED a building of mine, a horrible eyesore.

I am not trying to disrespect you Anshe, believe that! It must suck to be disliked by so many people. And if this fact truly does not bother you then that in itself may be the problem. Please think about what you are doing and how you could become a more integral part of this community. Ask yourself who are you helping but yourself? I for one would be quick to welcome to this community if you be willing to stop your current practice of fucking up parcels for sole intent of maximizing your personal wealth. With your resources surely you can effect positive change within this community and your fellow peers. Please think about what you are doing and why people are becoming so terribly upset by your actions.

Though I am not sure all land barons fit into this category. I know Schwan for one balances his actions by constanting giving back to the community and helping others. I stand behind your comment Daemioth and also plead for help. I think we need to take this issue very seriously. WE HAVE TO EFFECT CHANGE!

Schwanson is the only good land barron. While he does sell land, he also listens to those who have complaints agianst his selling, and does constantly give back to the community.

Anshe=Bad
Schwanson=Good

What I consider arrogant is that the same small group of people found on about every land-baron-flaming thread claim to be speaking for the thousands of players that make up Second Life community. If your opinions would only be slightly representative of the community, then I would have gone out of business long long time ago. But doing honest and fair business go a long way in this exciting virtual world, and you can't change that
