I am sorry, Prok. But, I am still seeing paranoia in almost every post you make. Your posts reek of it. You make it sound like the whole world is out to get you. Unfortunately, most paranoid folks don't accept that they ARE paranoid. They sincerely believe they are constantly being attacked, or watched, or followed. If you AREN'T paranoid I don't know if the alternative is any better. That would mean you are just mean and nasty by nature. You know, it wouldn't hurt for you just to talk to a therapist of some kind. Almost anybody would benefit from therapy to some degree, and from some insight of their inner selves. And, you must agree you have some kind of issues. Everybody does.

Um, I have all the messages and notecarded convos. They are pretty clear. They've been submitted to the Lindens. Lindens of course can go grab their own copies from the system and the chat logs. I'm giving them time to process this case. If they do nothing, well, geez, I guess I will publish it on my blog. It's a violation of the TOS to hand out notecards of convos and messages unless you "obtain consest". I'm going to interpret this liberally -- I obtained consent, from myself LOL. It doesn't say you have to get the consent of both parties? But I'd like to hear some TOS watchers comment on this.

I think when you face egregious abuse, the need to expose THAT overrides the other TOS prescription against passing out convos.

In any event, Nolan himself already published a convo on sluniverse.com I rebutted it there. It was typical of his lies and slander. Go read it Weedy. He claims that I launced a lawuit against EA.com This is utterly hogwash. I did not such thing, I didn't even file a complain with them. He claims I was expelled from this game. Bullshit. I'm a member in good standing. He failed in his ridiculous bid to portray me as "destroyer of game communities" blah. You're sure never going to find anything about me and my "fake lawsuit" against EA.com

If you don't wish to see that these rebuttals of Nolan's slander are the truth, you're prejudiced and benighted on this issue. Too bad. The truth will out.

1) You have no idea how long I was in that area, it was much longer than you think.

2) That land after the initial first land sale was never listed for sale for anyone to buy. Why? Because everyone in the area fucking hates you and they didn’t want you to have it. I had to spend 2 hours convincing the sellers I wasn't your alt to get the land from them.

3) The land with the water never had a build on it.



I understand you fuck people over and harass them everyday in SL and sometimes it is hard to get your assclowning straight, but in this case you are lying or don't remember the facts. I don't expect much of you but lies and hypocrisy.

1. I'm so HAPPY FOR YOU that you got to stay in that nice area. Too bad you had to cash out and leave. There'd be no reason why you couldn't remain there, hmmm?

2. That land was for sale, turned brown, and on the market, and visible, and also offered to me. So whatever, you didn't see it, I don't keep video cameras to record all events in world, so believe it or not, but that's the case.

3. The land with water next to my land did too have a dock on it. Maybe it was gone by the time you got it. But it defnitely did have a dock on it. There's no question about the land we're talking about.

There's no "everyone in the area who fucking hates" me because I've had very cordial and friendly relationships with neighbours, including some who sold me land because they moved.

If you mean Sudane Erato with the wilderness project, oh, maybe she "fucking hates me" but she is always pretty polite when I deal with her. She pressured me quite a bit to get me to sell this small patch of water that she felt was "on her property" lol. That is, she felt that the Lindens had cut it in such a way that it "really belonged with her property". She felt this was a terrible injustice and really should be rectified by me selling that water so that it didn't interrupt her aesthetic flow.

But as I patiently explained to her, that water was part of my parcel LOL. I bought it. And I wanted to keep it because I thought it looked like it "belong with my property" lol. It's a common idea in SL that something "looks like it belongs with my property" -- I know, because I think that some times, too, but if it doesn't, well, get used to it. I felt that I needed the prims, and the positioning on that water in case I made a docks or a bridge or something. And honestly, I have to justify why I'm keeping some water?

Sudane kept on quite a bit about this, which is her right, but in the end she couldn't really do anything. As a courtesy to her and her lovely project, I keep that water competely free and just draw prims off it.

I think what's going on here is that she's swept you up in her own dispute and desire to pressure me, because she's the one who kept offering me that bit that you bought eventually. Are we closing the loop now? If not, and you're dealing with some other landowner who "fucking hates me" well, sorry but I'm not aware of it.

If Sudane is NOT the person in question and did NOT involve you in her dispute please note that I am NOT slandering Sudane but merely trying to FIND FACTS here. It's a big complicated because there was another name on that lot but I know that person was either an alt or friend of Sudane.

So, now I'm not assclowning, not lying, and not misremembering the facts. I'm reporting what they are. If Sudane didn't let you buy something for two weeks because she didn't think you were you, and you were an alt, well that doesn't make sense, really, but she may have hoped that if you were my alt, she'd get me to fork over the much-coveted water.

I hope by naming names, even at the risk of Sudane's ire, that we can get you off my neck now with your crap and get you to STFU.

If in fact the people you dealt with were not Sudane and her friends, and some other parties, that's fine, but I can't see how this is possible, since I know who was selling that waterfront there for ages. As for the 512, I never talked to those people ever, so I have no knowledge of their pricing but they were not on the waterfront.

Yes, you should go read it Weedy. It's very enlightening, and shows just how Prok likes to twist the truth to suit his story. Nolan asked if Prok could dispel a rumor, which he did. Nolan replied something to the effect of "I guess it's BS." The horror! There's a nice rebuttal posted in the rants section that's well worth a look.
