I would like to take this opportunity to agree 100% with Aimee about "asswipe" being a hate crime. The Lindens should indeed look into this and suspend anybody involved.

As for "pushing back against your griefing until your banned?" Where do you find a quote like that? There isn't one. And if someone is violating the TOS, they get banned, but not because I pushed on them, because the Lindens made a determination.

It is a completely self created situation in the case of Prokofy Neva, you started the bullshit post, it didnt go your way and here you are still bitching. The violation of the TOS is a serious matter. And Prokofy, now you have just lied yet again. The land was NEVER listed for sale. It was makred for sale (the 2 plots) in both cases for less than 30 seconds. The sellers listed it and I purchased it immediately both times. Do you have problems keeping track of reality due to your numerous alts? 2. People who benefit from the protection of civil rights or things like a TOS in a game are never really the poster children you'd like them to be, but when you need that protection yourself some day, you'll appreciate that it was defended even for non-Jerry's kids.

3. You've just explained again what's wrong with this game. There are too many people that think that the TOS doesn't apply to yourself, if you hate someone, or don't like what they post. There are too many people that can sanction TOS violations if it can be used as a tool of revenge against someone they don't like. It's a horrible climate of impunity and rampant entitlement. It's something I fight really hard against, and rightly so.

4. I saw that land for sale, and for a lot longer than 30 seconds. And I know what the owners wanted to get for it, and what they were willing to take because they asked me to buy it too. Did they suddenly, I dunno, double the price for you? I hardly think so. So I know the value of those properties. That's why I can persist in telling you what I know, which isn't "a lie" but the truth as I see it as it was presented to me by the same people you dealt with. That's why your entire rampage and tantrum here about this just doesn't hold water for me and never will. That's why your constant reiterations and fake claims of harassment won't wash, because I'm not harassing you, I'm defending myself against your allegations of lies, because I have more information than you seem to give me credit for.

5. If it turns out those owners want to step up now and say, "You know, we took a lot more from Eboni than we were going to take from you, and we are standing silently by now and letting her charge that or even more of you because....we want you to sell something we want that you won't sell." Could it be that kind of situation?

6. If my playful puns of your name in an obscure other language disturbed you so much, after your egregious behaviour they seemed appropriate, um, why did you put them on your forum icon LOL? Honestly!

Eboni, because of your behavior in the game, and then later on the forums, I'm unlikely to be doing business with you, as far as I can tell. I'm not going to buy land from you. I'm not going to sell land to you knowingly, i.e. in a deal or swap. If someone asks me about you, I'm going to say, don't buy or sell land to that person. That is my right in this game. It's the freedom that comes with the TOS in fact. And my expression of that opinion is not harassment or blackmail, it's just my personal choice in a game where you get to buy and sell land, either with a price tag on it or not. You can obviously do the same thing!

You have sold land to me at an exhorbitant cost. Could you just be happy with the sale and move on? The message is clear. You're not going to be able to try THAT again, at least not on me.
