Do you have any other source than the bible? I quoted the Library of Congress, not the Bible. Do you actually read any of the posts before posting? |

The same way you read Finnings. I didn't suggest Ulrika... I mean Finning was quoting from a source she didn't use. |

How do you quote a library? It's on the Internet. Would you like me to hold your hand and help you find it? |

So now the library is posting on the internet? Where did we get these sentient buildings? Maybe you should look up the definition for the term "library". |

I really suggest you read this one Kevn http://www.natreformassn.org/statesman/00/natrnew.html The Declaration of Independence is NOT a law. It never pretended to be a law. However, it was authoritative in that it gave the government permission to disregard the "laws" of England where they conflicted with our new found freedom, based on this document. It is a document that set out the determination of the lawful congress to separate from England and set forth the foundation of their legal system is plain terms. This same congress placed George Washington in the position of Commander-In-Chief. It gave ordinary citizens the legal authority to fight back against the British troops, who before the Declaration were the law enforcers and tax collectors. Washington used it as an authoritative document giving the green light to fight a war against the "until then lawful government". There is no doubt the intent of the Congress at that time was to lay the groundwork for what was to become the USA. |

The Declaration of Independence is NOT a law. The Congress that approved it was in fact illegal so how was it a "legal" document? It wasn't what gave Washington the green light to fight a war, that would be the battles of Lexington and Concorde which were fought without him. The British army was NOT the tax collectors and law enforcers. They were there to subdue and protect British officials. They closed down several ports including Boston. The Declaration of Independence is nothing more than hate mail to King George. |
