Self titled CD of celtic instrumental music using a bodhran (an Irish drum), a bouzouki (an Irish octave mandolin), and a really old fiddle!

Seether FT Amy Lee - Broken

I think that is one of the few, few songs that I can hear overplayed all day on the radio and still not get tired of...

Michael Hurley - The Hog of the Foresaken, from the Deadwood Soundtrack. It's deliciously bad, creepy and interesting :D
Johnny Cash - The Man Comes Around, Cash even makes the apocalypse sound cool.
Tom Waits - Tango Til They're Sore, typical Waits.. gritty, bluesy and wonderful imagery.

I hope you all know you're contributing to my deliquency by having me steal all this stuff I haven't heard of. If my hard-drive explodes and spews mp3s all over the room, I blame ya'll!

(But to defend the stealing, I will be purchasing anything that I actually like a few songs from.)

You should try Augustana Jonquille, not very well known of but FANTASTIC stuff, that I think you might like, judging from your playlists, but then, I could be way off! Give them a go! Especially Stars and Boulevards.

Got some downloading now :) (Boston, Stars and Boulevards & More Than a Love Song) I'll check them out. Thanks Willow!

Edited to add: They kind of sound like a mixture of Goo Goo Dolls, Acetone and Black Lab. I like 'em :)

Ooo, is that the one from years ago? If so, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I heard that in clubs a few times and never knew who did it.

I often think I could "get by" on just BoC and Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada have some simply amazing stuff.
