My Money Tree has been taken down until further notice. I may put it up again at a later date, I haven't decided.

Grignano 237, 41, in the brick plaza and ampitheatre. It's within 2 sims of the Welcoming Area, to boot. :)

I'll be cycling my dwell bonuses into the tree when I can remember.

My tree has been moved slightly to go alongside an area that's begun to collect games - There is a chess and Mahjong board there currently. Hopefully it will encourage visitors to try them out, who knows. :)

The above post has been updated, as well as my welcoming information card (in the post next to the Relto hut). I leave it an excersise to the existing visitors to figure out what happened to it (since the move included a large height change, even if it was a short lateral change). Memorial Gardens is *very* simplistic in its layout, so not hard to find the tree. ;)

Kojin(226,170)
Koss(76,25)

Hey Shadus. Thank you. I was getting tired of rekeying all those in secondlife:// format. I created the thread in my signature as a central repository for all money tree locations. If you want to cross post that there, I would appreciate it. And if Jeska wants to clean up that other thread to remove non-location posts, I wouldn't mind a bit.

Edit: Man, somebody wake me up - this is that thread. Ooops. But yeah - Jeska - would you mind pruning out the extraneous? (including this)

Well we wanted them to look for it, just put Taber (128,128) . That is the center of the sim.

I was just there to take this picture and there is about L$135 for the picking, dollar bills, apples, cherries and bananas!

On that note, has anyone had any fruit or bills go past the 24 hour period and drop to the ground yet? If so, how did that work out? I set them to go physics for 5 seconds then change back to non-physics. I did this so that hard to reach fruit wouldn't stay in the tree forever. This way, a newbie will find them lying on the ground.

Not I... I have people appear off the hub every few minutes, look at the tree, pluck all that is to be plucked and vanish without even landing. Generally too, if I and friends are there and say hi, generally, we're ignored in the rush to grab money and be off...

Um, yeah, what Sio said has pretty much been my experience, too. And, I've had use the ban list since I've had a handful of people who've managed to pluck around L$100 or more (each) off my tree since it was set out three and a half days ago. *sigh* I hated to do it, but I want it to be fair and I want more people to have a shot at getting some money off the tree.

Hi Beryl and friends

If you can IM me with names on ban list, we will add them too.

Would like to show a united front on this.

Not had any fruit drop as of yet. Would suggest maybe 6 hours for it to drop and 24 hours from then for it to delete? Would mean that overnight, some would drop.

My tree never has more than 20 bucks on it it gets pillaged so fast...I have noticed the same names over and over again so maybe its time to use the ban list some.

Both Garth and I go with the 30 day old limit. Sounds reasonable :-)

I don't have a tree yet -- just been running around feeding a bunch of them because I love what you all are doing (and thank you for the thank you, LF!).

I agree with 30 day. Even 14 day would work -- the first two weeks on SL are the hardest -- but 30 is reasonable.
