From: Ferran Brodsky actually that's kinda sneaky, since O2O was only transferring on owner's land, let the owners rez it. I guess it changed back though... even if it wasn't changed back it wouldn't matter since owners were rezzing them probably on their land.
It really pays to have a section of your land (just a 16sqm) set to no scripts. I reccomend people take a precaution like this. a bit of common sense would go a long way. It's like a personal firewall, not failsafe, but not bareback either. best thing to do with any thing like this is to just deleat it. period unfortunaly there are far to many new people who dont know any beter not to rez an item such as this. |

When I checked the name of who dropped it on me, it was a more active av, tho he/she did belong to a group of alts (assume theyre alts as they all had teh same first name). I need to get in world to clarify tho.

I'd be interested to know why it's only new people who get the resposibility for rezzing these objects without thinking because I'm rather certain that some 'old' people probably did too. |

I'd say it is most likely because new people are not aware of these types of things being passed around as much as those of us who have been here a while are. It really isn't a slam on new people. It is just more natural for those who are innocent to get hurt the most.
