Oh my, a war zone.
I am not currently having any of those problems.
But I just reminded myself why I don't try to attempt to go shopping when an update is eminent. That's usually when I don't get what I purchased, lol.
I am thinking it's a good idea to stay put where I am and not even try to go anywhere. Teleports have been a complete nightmare as well.
Stay put I shall :)

Abbotts looks odd. Like a huge area of sky junk. No buildings. No runways. Just... stuff floating in air. ;_;

Hmm, people mentioning things not named object being wiped. Is there still the problem of land going over prim allottment returning owner objects before non-owner objects? Or has that little nightmare been fixed?

You took the words right out of my own mouth.
There was a mention of an attack in Butler earlier as well.
Always happens before a big update, or it definitely seems like a trend.

Time to get the backups out LL.

Simple, if the griefers can get SL to crash the night before updates, they make the down time that much longer, piss off more people, (at LL and each other - because of the invariable resulting arguments over "what to do about it" crop up), and just basically cause maximum chaos. Luckily, it appears as though they didn't completely succeed this time.

I just flew around Brauni with my next door neighbour, everything is like this. :(

We'll all stuck because Teleporting isn't working either, oh, and my neighbour is frozen in place but can still talk. LOL

Depending on the location of the missing objects, this could be a chance to depart a telehub and not collide with things while flying away at ground level.

So... did a grid attack cause this to happen? If so, was it an attack of replicating prims?

I'm pretty upset at losing Abbotts Aerodrome. That place took a very long time to build. I really hope they can do a rollback on the affected sims.

On a side note, Huns is correct... it's not just things named "object". Many things deleted were not named Object and many Objects still remain.

Yes, gone.

My museum in Grignano? Gone.

My house? Baffo gone.

Everything in Grignano? Well, if it's named "object", it's gone.

Temporary? You better fucking hope so.

Oh no

The good news is that the gray loading textures survived.
