Could it be to do with this grid attack thingie?

Maybe the object the person who did it used was called "object" and they've binned them all just to be on the safe side.

Update: it's apparently localized to a few sims.

For instance... Grignano.

All infrastructure is gone. Most buildings are poofed.

Gonna have to be a rollback, I think.

I have things in my inventory still named object and a house being built near me still has pieces named object. All of my house is linked and has named pieces so I didnt notice.

It'd be more logical if they could just say "bin all objects belonging to Jim Hacker" but in a crisis minds work differently!
