It's been my exp that people don't just message vendors "cussing and screaming" but you gave no background on why that happened, so I would have to take the side of the customer. As a vendor you should be used to the "nasty treatment" its YOUR job to make customers happy. Thats why its called CUSTOMER SERVICE, because you are in the service of the customer. If you knew you had an error, why did you let him buy the package to begin with? I know the Grim babies people have had their share of errors, and I have never met an unhappy customer, why do you think that is? I would tell anyone I know to stay away from your shop, and I would refer them to people that could take the heat!

It wasnt that I couldn't take the heat I took it very well. and I did take it for a while I have been in business longer then most have even been in this game. I have PLENTY of happy customers as you said it is my job to make them happy. I did just about everything under the sun to make this client happy but nothing was good enough, as far as not letting them buy the package the package was already bought then an update with the game came along and caused the errors. I sent out explenations saying it was being worked on and nobody demanded and acted the way this couple did. Everyone else was VERY understanding and were happy with the new outcome of the babies. Now when I have offered them everything to try to resolve the situation and all i got were threats and yelling all I can say is I have done what I can. But the false information the put out i thought I should reply to.

I own Wish Upon A Star and feel you should all know the exact situation. Nala and her husband came through my process, when one of the updates had happened I was having some errors with the babies.

Forgot to add that you dropped off the face of the earth for several weeks and closed up shop. Like the majority of your customers, we went elsewhere.

From: someone
My scripter began working on these errors and at the same time Nala's husband began telling me how I needed to just give them the baby, so I sent them the trial version.....

We needed the prim baby before the date of the delivery set by the replacement company. We sent many IMs telling you of this date, at least two weeks in advance. We got the prim baby without a head three days in advance, then you and your shop all but disappeared again. No mention was made that it was a trial version either.

And why in the world are you taking people's money in weeks in advance when you only have trial versions of what you are selling?

From: someone
There was clearly some issues with the baby,

It had a missing head.

From: someone
however I felt it was better to let them see that for themselves rather then continue to be screamed at by her husband. Prior to sending out the baby I had been threatened and screamed at and had really had my fill of all the nasty treatment.

We got the prim baby and sent it back after you were notified of the problem. You promised it would be sent back in time for the due date. It was received a few days after Nala went to the replacement clinic to deliver.

From: someone
When the error with the baby happened I offered to redo her whole pregnancy for free, that wasnt enough so I offered her a gift certificate in the FULL amount she paid for her pregnancy, even though she had received my services.

A gift certificate was offered, but that was not acceptable. Quite frankly, we didn't want to spend another six weeks with your services only to face teh same problems again. Time is a big a consideration as money. We didn't ask for a full refund either, only a partial based on services actually provided in a timely fashion.

From: someone
Again all I got was cussing screaming and threats....... Now I feel I went above and beyond with apologies.

I must have missed your apology. Care to say it again? You did go on and on that you "don't do refunds under any circumstances" even when you don't provide the services you promised to in an timely fashion?

From: someone
The day after I had sent her trial baby to her which she had to have right then, I had the completed babies with no errors at all. I was told she didnt want the baby, now let me ask what more could I have done under these conditions?

Because after the broken baby was sent back to be repaired nobody responded to IMs for days. A simple message saying you couldnt meet the deadline would have been sufficient, and we would have worked around that. Instead, we got absolute silence. As we ultimately paid for two babies, we RP it as twins. Having giving the headless one a RIP was not out first choice, but it was the only one we had when we couldnt get in touch with anyone from Wish and the due date arrived.

If it were me, I would have refunded the money, but I guess we are different there. To me, keeping someone's money for services I failed to deliver is something I wouldn't do.

I don't expect any sort of a refund or an apology. But I hope that you give future customers far better service than you gave us.

All of my messages to you were more than polite, and I even thanked you when we received the baby in advance, before we discovered the head was missing. Even then, I understand things happen and wanted to work with you. However, I was getting agitated when none of our IMs were responded to, as there was a deadline which was rapidly approaching. It didn't help that you had a history of disappearing for weeks.

This whole thing could have been avoided if you did any of the following -
1) provide the services in a timely fashion for which you were paid
2) let us know that you were unable to do that so we could have worked with you
3) apologized for not providing the services and refunded the money for the services you didn't provide

Instead, you kept the money, failed to provide clinic services paid for in advance, disappeared for some time, failed to provide a prim baby on time, and filed an AR against me.

Edit - typo.

Indeed.
Poor, little, headless babies...

If you have modify permissions on the infant i have a jack o lantern from last halloween you could link in the missing head's place. Let me know if you want it..

This reminds me of all those "Dead baby" jokes I grew up with.

Which can you load faster, babies or bricks?

babies, you can use a pitchfork!

What we got a headless baby with broken scripts. It was sent back noting that time was of the essence.
I am laughing and laughing and still not spitting out coffee.

in 20 years, my guess is that the "fucked up dead prim baby" threads will be more treasured memories than all the age play, gorean, and furry threads combined!
