After reading the petty bullshit and disgusting personal attacks in that thread I hope the forums burn in hell. youve decided to withdraw a vote that could save a wealth of information, provide hundreds of hours of entertainment via other peoples posts (that are ment to be funny or not), to give your voice to the masses and to have a way of seeking answers from peeps and linden labs employees because of one thread? even the people in the thread mention that the attacks are not personal against torley but against the linden labs altogether, and was created due to this recent announcement of forum closure? like saying ill never go to disneyland because i dont like the 3rd hotdog stall to the left side |

maybe its a good idea to close them. They just look for problem at times. A long time ago they were useful...But nowadays.sigh alts rule this game in game and othe forum might be the reason why LLabs has done this to the forums.

And yes given a choice I vote yes to keep the forums. Though I have been surprised the with the plethora of other forums to choose from they are rarely used. Perhaps it is the "sense of community", like the network media pundits used to claim that it was the end of the world with the advent of cable. _____________________
