Yeah we can all ring the Toll Free numbers and ask customer service if we have a problem. The forums are free and they also kindly provide us with Toll Free numbers to contact them, now since the forums are being closed and email seems to fall a lot on deaf ears looking at other numerous threads, then voice communications should be ok and the route to take

Newbie: Hello. I need to know something and since the forums are locked i can't find out.

Newbie: Yes i was wandering 2 things. Where can i find a poodle skirt? I also need to know more about goreans and furries. What are they?
Linden: Well these arent the kind of questions i'm suposed to answer on the hotline since they areent related to Linden Lab and Second Life. Perhaps you could try the inworld search feature? Some residents also run their own forums you could check.
Newbie: I tried using the search but it had tons of weird results i didn't understand. Lots of XXX places and malls with casinos and stuff.
Linden: then perhaps that was what you were looking for?
Newbie: no...

Unless they well typing in "penis" instead of "gorean", I don't think said newbie used the search at all. Heck, I even found poodle skirts.

Count for something? Not with LL. They have been stringing residents along for the last 3 years by giving us the IMPRESSION that they care what we think or want. However, many of their decisions and actions in the past 3 months have proven that THAT is a load of crap. LL obviously cares only about population counts and money making. I predict that if LL DOESN'T sell the platform when they hit a million that SL will no longer be free to play soon after.

Actually, LL told me yesterday that they care about everyone but you. I dunno why, it's just what I heard.

The forum is one of the only ways to learn how to build/texture/design/get info about updates and|or crashes =p

I already know they don't care about me, but if you think they care about any of the rest of you, your delusional. It's odd tho, they obviously care about money, but I don't see how they think they are gonna get more of ours if they continue down this route.
