Ok, I had hoped not to have to post again, but I think I should clear a few things up. I will start out by asking that anyone in support of us or our situation not post here, it solves nothing.
Tya I would like to say to you, that none of use has any idea what you THINK you were lied to about, as none of us have ever had a real conversation with you, this would be impossible. And this seems to be you’re biggest gripe.
I would however like to complain about the signs you left all over my sim, and ongoing harassment, by you’re alts and whiney friends. Really by doing this you don’t hurt me but you do hurt my guests and vendors.
I will also say, I have been to you’re one of a kind original sim just yesterday, and it looks like midnight city, chaos, any of the sims that look like a city. I went into you’re shops and saw you’re one of a kind clothing, black suits, jeans, etc…… I saw your Tpod witch is a direct rip off of Ipod, with has a patent, and a copyright, and I bet that guy that made the design for the Ipod spent many hrs coming up with his original idea for this design, and maybe wouldn’t like YOU making a PROFIT of something that took years maybe to perfect. You also make a T Mobil phone, for profit. You also make a beach towel with is nothing more then a box with a texture and a pose, anyone can do this, for free….. So now we see you are a rip off artist (just like everyone in SL) you’re not above anyone, or better then anyone.
To the rest of you whiney people, that seem to care so much what I do. Is it possible that seeing tyas blatant rip offs of the originals, that maybe her club is too? And that maybe her and I ripped of the same idea? Of course that is possible, and if that is so, I think we both did a very good job in different ways.
I do nothing for profit in this game. I have a sim with 70+ vendors that hold shops for free; I do not myself have a shop. I never have. I see allot of people everyday that have the same things as other people. This does NOT mean it’s a rip off, nor would I ever assume such.
And Elka, I’m sorry to see you’re involved in all this. For those of you that do not know she was asked to leave her free shop for causing drama. I never thought badly of her, I still bought her clothes, and referred people to her shops. I’m sorry to see that she is trying to drag her “friends” down with her, but as I have always said, the shop is free, they don’t have to like me, or even be nice to me to be here.
Summery: Tya is immature in her dealings with people or issues, Tya rips off patented designs for PROFIT, Tya is no more or less original then anyone else in sl.
Do I think Tya is a bad person? No. I think she’s more dramatic then me, and we could probably never be friends. I think everyone should still go to her club, its probably allot of fun, dramatic people can have really great events
Shop there; buy her Tpod, and her cell phone, and her black suit. She seems to need that pat on the back.
In closing I would like to thank all of the people that support Polly’s, both here in the forums or in silence in their homes. I would also like to thank Tya for this post, as we have had pretty good traffic because of it. I would like to thank the people that support their friend Tya even though they don’t know why or what they are supporting, because that is the true meaning of friendship.
Ok so now I am considering this post closed to me and my friends. This is not an issue for us, we know what is important, and I will not justify you’re drama in anyway. But I can say it would be better for you’re heart to just let it go. Head you’re own advice Tya.
