For some reason I expect her to pop in and shout "All your base are belong to us."

Someone at LL is saying "Someone sent us up the lawsuit," perhaps?

I think you need to do some research. The terms of service for Linden Labs corporation agreed to or not is in direct violation of the laws of California and the United States of America in which they do business. Period. That is a given.

The issue as stated in the original post is of essence concerning Second Life. Visa, Mastercard, and all banks have now been notified of the issues concerning Linden Labs and the fraudulent issues on the servers. This was performed by an overall majority rule under an investigative situation that Linden be known for the business they do. Visa knows, Mastercard is now aware, and I assure you, as much as I personally love Second Life, they under investigation by several nations. Not excluding the United States of America.

"They have been warned over and over for a great length of time and continue to refuse
a level of service as expected by any corporate entity"

The laws will judge. You want SL? Well so I personally like to see an expansion of the 3D graphical elements. However, not under the terms in which they break the laws of the land .

A bit wordy, but I was right.

OK. Fine. BUT WHY ARE YOU POSTING THIS HERE?

Hanging Lady: No wonder you're upset. She's lovely. And a darling figure... supple, pouting breasts... firm thighs. It's a shame you two don't get along.

However, not under the terms in which they break the laws of the land. Not under the current administration that believes that protecting land barons is more important than obeying the law.
