Run now Mari! No child should have to see this!

*pops open another beer and sits back awaiting the padlock*

I find the fact that the moderator is missing in action offensive. Calling my attourney right now....

Why is everyone calling for Strife? Haven't the other threads recently been locked by another person?

Ted Striker: My orders came through. My squadron ships out tomorrow. We're bombing the storage depots at Daiquiri at 1800 hours. We're coming in from the north, below their radar.
Elaine Dickinson: When will you be back?
Ted Striker: I can't tell you that. It's classified.

. . . I believe that more information about the lawsuit is "classified".

Rumack: Captain, how soon can you land?
Captain Oveur: I can't tell.
Rumack: You can tell me. I'm a doctor.
Captain Oveur: No. I mean I'm just not sure.
Rumack: Well, can't you take a guess?
Captain Oveur: Well, not for another two hours.
Rumack: You can't take a guess for another two hours?

Look, strange women lying on their backs in cyberspace handing out Licence Keys is not a valid basis for a system of government.

I have no idea what you just said. Licence keys?

It's just a habit here. We're always looking for Strife...in one way or another.

Elaine Dickinson: There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

or . . "is there anyone on-line who can lock a thread?"

*notes that the OP's foil hat has become loose or unattached*

According to the Terms of Service (which you agreed to):

You might remember the Terms of Service as that document you agreed to whilst you were registering for Second Life.

I think you need to do some research. The terms of service for Linden Labs Corporation agreed to or not is in direct violation of the laws of California and the United States of America in which they do business. Period. That is a given.

The issue as stated in the original post is of essence concerning Second Life. Visa, Mastercard, and all banks have now been notified of the issues concerning Linden Labs and the fraudulent issues on the servers. This was performed by an overall majority rule under an investigative situation that Linden be known for the business they do. Visa knows, Mastercard is now aware, and I assure you, as much as I personally love Second Life, they are under investigation by several nations and under several investigative organizations.
Not excluding the United States of America and it's organizational infrastructure.

"They have been warned over and over for a great length of time and continue to refuse a level of service as expected by any corporate entity."

The laws will judge. You want SL? Well so do I. I would personally like to see an expansion of the 3D graphical elements in a better working environment. However, not under the terms in which they break the laws of the land. Not under the current administration that believes that protecting land barons is more important than obeying the law. Land barons perceive a philosophy of dictatorship currently sponsored by the host, Linden Labs.

I ask, as a citizen of Second Life, that this thread remain open under the conditions that no discredit is done to any one single individual.

Thank you,
Tracy Welles

Strife loves doing it and might as well make him just as tickled with this as we are ;) Heck, it'll be the one time we all agree on this!

Besides, Cybin is probably having fun reading this and snickering. Or they are taking bets to see how long it will be before we get tired of this and move on to the next new 'shiny.' Either way, this is FUN!!!
