To whoever posted ginkos co-owner information from the domain name Whois, should know we can all see that information, what you just did there, is to make up some drama, and likely have people who are frustrated right now, trying to get his address, and.Who knows.

Totally irresponsible and idiotic

err that would be me and well according to some its hidden but anyhow what difference does it make and if you think there will be no "drama" on a forum when a guy rips people off for so much money please

so i proudly post that i posted it in this thread cause it seemed like a good place to put it among the rest of the crap and if you think what i did was "idiotic" I hate to see what you would call what the actual ginko people did because their little mess far outsretches posting the info on a domain name and tracing the name servers to the US.

(not to mention the people who said this would never happen :P)

I can't match the idiocy of what has gone on in SL in comparison to ginko's schemes and the money that people handed him so he can live in luxury in some hot country somewhere..

Announcement 08/08/07 10:20PM EDT
Dear accountholders,

As you probably already know, Ginko Financial has experienced some challenges in these last couple of weeks. Following the ban on gambling in Second Life we began experiencing a wave of withdrawals from Ginko Financial. This led the funds we keep in reserve for day to day use to be exhausted, which evolved into a full blown panic depleting even our last line of cash reserves and resulting in the current situation, with about L$50,000,000 queued up for withdrawal. This situation is unsustainable, as we would be forced to sell off our assets at a significant discount in order to honor such withdrawals, thus severely harming Ginko Financial's long term prospects and it's ability to ultimately honor all of it's obligations to accountholders.

After considerable thought, we have concluded that the only way forward from this is to convert, compulsorily, all customer deposits into a tradeable debt security called Ginko Perpetual Bonds. These bonds, listed on the World Stock Exchange (www.wselive.com), will allow Ginko Financial to recover from recent events by removing all pressure from our cash reserves while providing accountholders with a way to cash out on an open market.

Regards,
Nicholas Portocarrero / Andre Sanchez

Point of Clarification here, Isn't this the same WSE that recently had it's assets misappropriated by one of it's improperly screened contract employees?

No comment here, Just an enquirey.

Waits for class action suits

There is no basis for a class action suit, at least according to our corporate law VP. Besides greedy people deposited money in GInko, some even made a nice bit of money each month for quite some time, now they cry that their free ride is over? please, I have no sympathy for people who knowingly play with Ponzi schemes or in unregulated "Banks"

As for the WSE now its down to .10
that is just so sad, I do not mean to sound rude but people should really know better. Invest some Ls in a sound business or Land that you can control yourself.

No crime was commited. Any legal action would be completely pointless. First because you won't get any more money from it than if you just deal with the bonds, and second because you are not going to get "revenge" against me. It would not work even if I had stolen the money, which I most definitely did not. People do not seem to appreciate how complicated this whole thing is.

are u paying and declaring every single penny u convert from L$ for taxes and reinvested as expenditure(or what ever that word was)?
if not, that is avoiding tax and i`m pritty sure that ur goverment(wich ever it is) sure would like to hear ur definition of "no crime", same as with ur employees who get payed by money converted from people`s investments

so if no one is getting more money they do with the toilet paper, how the hell are they gonna get their invested money + interrest back?

don`t think any one appriciates anything from u at this time as no one knows where their money went to know that it`s all under control and not to try and cash out???

u placed urself in this position while it could have been contained

the only reason its complicated is he made it that way to obscure little things like what he actually did with the money.

Ok, Question #2, isn't this the same WSE in which this Nicholas Portocarrero person is ALSO supposed to be an Officer?

Also point of Clarification.

Someone mention car insurance?

I insure against, theft, loss of scripts and non-rezzing.

Great rates + no claims discount from your second year.

yeah one possible explaination is the theft from WSE and the lottery win were faked.
