My ticket was created at 10:05 and is still "New".
No panic.
This is what's happening...
The Lindens don't actually get out much.
They started on Sindy's ticket and it has opened up a SL that they kinda sorta knew existed but never had the motivation/need to check out.
That was 10:01 SLT.
It's going to take a while for them all to gather around the screen of the the Linden who screamed "HOLY SHIT!!" - and for all of them to get a view.
Then they have to discuss it and tell stories.
Then there's lunch.
Lunch will be longer today.

Arguably I could do a separate 'extreme adult' area for Caledon but it's not something I'm interested in doing. Thematically it would be on par with Disneyland opening up a Naughtyland between Tomorrowland and Toontown, eh? The Small World Ride with BDSM and kajira dolls... okay, now I'm struggling to purge that image from my brain. Ah come on Desmond, a horror type sim with crime prevalent and mass murderers on the loose with the Police hunting them down blowing their whistles through smog filled streets surely has potential along with the sordid back alleys of said vicinity, opium dens and the local tavern. Heck I like this, wait till I get enough money for another sim! |

Well this sucks bigtime.
My ticket was in at 10:05 My first choice parcel have just been recut and assigned by Twilight Linden. The parcels are really nice waterfront - what I am swapping. The person getting the land is swapping a totally landlocked operation. Well feck this for a game of soldiers!!! _____________________

I imagine the LL Land team looking at the ticket queue and saying "Who dreamed up this crazy scheme?" |

My #1 and #3 choices were in Leuran sim. I saw a Linden making the recut of 6 parcels into one of 9504.
That peninsula id the *ONLY* hilly-into-water terrain in Zindra. The land is set for Sally Poliatevska - of a landlocked escort club. They've traded a shithole for the best waterfront in Zindra. _____________________

I don't actually care all that much, TBH, but I'm sure by the time they get around to telling me that none of mine are available, my entire list of possibilities will have been assigned. I imagine the LL Land team looking at the ticket queue and saying "Who dreamed up this crazy scheme?" I personally won't take sloppy seconds and I advise noone else to either. If they can't match you in three tries and assign them all right away it's insane to expect them to make you move to the worse stuff they offer. I looked at land that was equal to mine or as close as I could get (I found none equal to mine). Don't allow or tolerate downgrades! |
