Um, hi. Believe it or not I have actually never posted in this thread. I've lurked from time to time, enjoyed watching you all having such a pleasant time (and been distressed by the occasional drama) but I've not popped in and said hi myself, until today. I really want to publicly thank Ghosty Kips for writing up my cafe on the SL Things to Do website (um, blatant pluglet: http://slthingstodo.com/main/21-jul-2008/madhus-cafe ) yesterday. It was such a nice thing to do and just makes me feel happy! I don't know how many people read that blog but it does seem that the cafe has been busier than usual since the review went up. And that's really all I want, for people to use the cafe and enjoy it at all hours of the SL day. So thanks so much, Ghosty, for pushing me a step closer to my SL dream. Many of you regulars in this thread have also been regular visitors to the cafe and so I am going to thank you all too - I don't know what I'd do without you. You guys are the best! okay, apologies for the self-promotion, I really just wanted to thank Ghosty and everyone for your continued support of my little place. Back to lurkage with me. Or, um, maybe not. I can't think of a better place to self promote than this thread. And I wouldn't get too bent by the drama..it happens when people get involved. The important thing is that it blows over. I haven't been to your place yet, but I am out wandering this morning..I will stop by. _____________________
