I just experienced the slowest tire change in the history of EVER...two hours for two tires, ffs. I could have done it faster with the flimsy jack and lug wrench that came with the car!

Skell, it worked! Thanks! Both flights went without any hitches, and as a matter of fact, the flight into Vegas arrived sufficiently early enough so I could hop on an earlier flight to San Diego! Good morning Thread friends. Another day of spectacular scenery for stage 11 at le Tour de France. 167.5km, 104miles, including one cat.1 climb. For much of the day one lone man, Cofidis Team rider Amael Moinard of France stayed out in front, no more than 2min. 15sec. ahead of a chase group of 11 riders. He was caught with just under 10km to go. As none of the breakaway riders had overall times anywhere close to those of the the main contenders the peloton (main field) were largely content to let them stay away with a fairly big time gap. It was a three man photo finish with Norwegian national champion Kurt-Asle Arvesen of team CSC taking the victory with a time of 3hours 58min. 13sec. The chase group came in about 30sec later. All the main contenders came in together almost 15 minutes later and the overall standings did not change today.  edited to add: My team won today's stage in my fantasy cycling league. Yay!!! HEY! i'm watching it right now. i know what they are talking about (a little)... thank you for the update so i can follow and make sense. those Brits talk fast! it IS exciting. they are working SO hard! _____________________

I was involved with the Mozart Festival in the town where I live for many years, and still sometimes sing in the Festival Chorale. What an unparalleled musical genius! Sounds so trite, but is so true... For a few years, there was a visual art component ot the Festival. Your pics remind me a bit of some of the visual arts i saw then. _____________________

Hmm- /me runs off to double check inventory of goods.... See, personally- I prefer copy/mod - for one thing I can set up folders with the stuff I want to wear already in it- drop the older on me and I'm good to go... so- I had THOUGHT I had made the stuff copy/mod - no trans- since if it is full perms- well- u see my problem... Thanks Mac- I will check it tomorrow Life is a learning experience - hope who you gave the dress to liked it, btw _____________________

1) i would love to be able to use one of those pop-ups for my stuff. anyone know who i can buy that script from? 2) and Li'l... that new vendor i told you about seems to have both options available, and has more stuff out now. i went shopping today! 3) also, a li'l heads up Li'l- your stuff does not have the boxes on "full bright" so when it's dusk or dark you can't seem them hardly at all. _____________________

A few of the places that I have bought from lately now pop up one of the blue boxes asking me if I want Copy or Transfer and then after I click it, I get a folder or object. I have no clue how that is done but I really like having the option because most of the time I would rather have transfer so I can pass items on. I've never seen that before. I love that! I'd buy a lot more gifts if I had that option, but I'm like Amaranthim. I like to have coppy/no transfer for my stuff so I can make copies for various folders. A few places I've seen have the option on the vendor - click in one place for trans, another for copy. _____________________

Since it never dawned on me to set the boxes with bright, guess that makes sense. I'll go fix it when I get inworld shortly. Thanks for that info cuz even if I saw them at night, I probably would not have known why they were dim since I am still pretty clueless about objects and their attributes.
