FD baby- sometimes we need to fall back and regroup. Take it easy my friend, we will be here when you return ;). If you feel like a shoutout- you know how to find me.

Claire!!!! Woohooo- welcome back kitten!

OK- little question here- my dear, sweet lappy suddenly stopped hibernating when I shut the lid.... I checked the power settings and they look unchanged... Any clues?

HAPPY SUNDAY!!!!

:)

Afternoon, people!

God, I ache after yesterday. Too much dancing and laughing! Thanks to all the victi-- er, to everyone who joined in the fun when they dropped by the Hangout ;)

I logged today and promptly sent a discombobulated "EEEEEEE!" of an IM to an offline Daros, because I logged outside the new house I've been building us and noticed he'd fitted a door. On walking into the house, I found that he'd spent the night furnishing it *beautifully*. It took my breath away!

Hi Skell! That was soooo much fun last night; sorry I had to leave the party early!

AND you had a lovely surprise today! What a delightful way to "wake up" when logging in to SL. :)

Hope no one blew themselves up over the Weekend. I'm home early from my weekend at the shore, the weather is Meh again today, so I decided to beat the horror that will be The Garden State Parkway later today. I am coming home $500 richer, thanks to a nice run in Atlantic City.

I tell ya, Maureen, between logging in to that and the notecard he sent me last night (the one you all almost got to read when he nearly pasted it into chat!) I'm feeling quite sniffly.

I need to get a Flickr account, so I don't keep boring people with pics here, and so people who *are* interested have a place where they can see all the pics I take. I'll go off and do that now.

Um, sorry about your SL abode. You got home earlier than expected! We were, um, just testing out some fireworks, and well, things got out of hand...

The contractor says the new walls will be ready...by this Tuesday..or did he say next Tuesday?

Beat the traffic AND won $500! You do things RIGHT!
I went to bingo once when I lived in the midwest and I took my son who was about 12 then. And I won the grand prize of the night which was, as I recall, $500. We were both ecstatic beyond the fact that we could use the money; it was so cool to win. I had thought it would be a good lesson to him about gambling not paying off, lol.
Neither of us ever did try it again. The amount of smoke we had to breath and the suspicion that it wouldn't be much fun if we didn't win...

Former Norwegian national champion and Tour de France Sprint competition winner, Thor Hushovd has won stage two of the Tour de France and taken the green jersey. Yay! Riders from the new U.S. team, Columbia, took second and third place.

:D You've hit on one of the big reasons I love this sport. It is so gruelling that no matter who you were routing for you have to be happy for whoever does win because they so deserve it and they always look so happy!

I know Eloh has been pretty relaxed about what is done with her free PSDs, but does it strike anyone else as kind of creepy to charge 2800L for mild modifications?

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

At least they didn't mention "red handprints" as another in the "Set of fun layers".

This kind of thing is why we can't have nice things.

lol yep. I have I think all the sets.

Gee.. maybe I should go offer them for 2500. I can make a mole layer or something with my very noob photoshop skills and claim that "some" of the textures are from Eloh too.

God, I need a shower to get the ick feeling off me just for saying that.

Oh, and if anyone wants to get the files to learn to make skins here is the place to get them. You will need to go through the archives to get them all:

http://eloheliot.blogspot.com/

There... you all just saved 2800L. :P
