..... Surely, in the heat of the moment it's hard to understand what would make you decide to suddenly delete posts when there is a race to the finish. .... Stuff happens.

that accusation of intentional skewing was cruel and unnecessary. it was horribly mean, and was never followed up with an apology.

i am terribly disappointed in the person who flung guilty verdicts without first questioning the person... in question... and then never apologized or softened.

why are some people so quick to accuse someone so kind and delightful of something so mischievious?

now our beloved friend has left us completely, this forum... our hangout... everything. there will be no more parties and festivities with this person, because one person was so cruel.

and worse, no one has stood up and confronted the accuser (i am right now with this post, btw).. and ever worse, NO ONE has stood up and defended our dear friend.

for that, i am inclined to leave everything as well. i don't trust any of you to have my back if i do a boo boo. i won't participate in that sort of society.

This is the most bizarre thread on any forum anywhere in the world. Ever. You people have all gone completely apeshit.

Ok, a couple of comments.

First, all opinions posted here belong to the people making the posts. No one has spoken for the Cartel. If someone says they have or are, please let me know with a linked post.

Second. What happens on the Forums, stays on the Forums. That is our number one rule. I know people will have disagreements, hell people may even hate each other. But in world, in group it stays civil. If two people can't be adults and at least ignore each other in the group/hangout, then I will hammer both of the parties involved, PERIOD.

I still need time to cool down. I don’t know how long it will be before I will feel like a part of this group.

The phone company have cut me off, and I'm sick of them messing me around like this....switching suppliers, but I dunno how long it will take, so although I might get on the forums occasionally through friends internet etc, I have no SL until it is sorted.

the next few days will likely be spent sat in a corner cursing and suffering from stages of extended SL withdrawal

I’ve been going through a real difficult time and I’ve been putting SL on the back-burner lately. I just have to concentrate on my RL at the moment so will be gone from the forums as well. I’m just letting you all know so no one thinks I am leaving because of what happened in this thread recently (we all know Mac won), or that I just left without saying good-bye. I wish I had had more time to get to know you more inworld. I hope that when I do return, this thread will still be going on strong. I also hope the forum will have undergone its promised ‘facelift’. Thank you for all the laughs this past (almost) year, and wish me luck.
