First off I want to thank everyone that spoke up for my character and honesty. I have never had such glowing tributes in my life.

The trolls of the forum are not what hurt me. My skin is a bit thicker than that. I have invested a lot of time and money in SL. Not to buy friends, but get the most enjoyment I can from the short time I have here on planet earth.

People that say they are my friends and then accuse me of rigging or fixing the count hurt me. I have made numerous mistakes with the people here. Those mistakes often come back to haunt me later. I have been forgiven for some of the mistakes as well. The forgiveness brings with it a stronger relationship and a makes us both a better friend to the other.

To those of you that feel I let you down because I wouldn’t come back I am sorry. It was not my intention to hurt any one. I could have come in here splitting wigs and busting caps to what purpose? Should I stoop to the level of my accusers?

As for the whole accusing thing, I sincerely hope that CX doesn't think I think he did it maliciously

until I knew who it was and why it happened I felt that someone tried to cheat.

also, it happened way too close to the 20,000 post for it to be CX that changed the position of the posts, as his were awhile back and prolly already deleted.

I like CX and I do hope he comes back, and apologize if he took my comments about dishonesty as directed at him.

As for who accused who, I did not keep track, if someone thinks CX did it on purpose, then I was not aware of that, nor do I wish to be.

Just like anything in life, when money comes into the fold, it makes things a whole lot more unpleasant (if there was no prize, no one would have cared about posts being deleted)

Hey guys - I have a quick question and I don't think it needs its own thread. There's an application out that basically allows you to have a private sim on your home PC, instead of LL's. It's not connected to the grid at all, and you don't buy the sim, pay tier, etc. I thought it might be fun to play with. I'm totally blanking on the name of the application. Can someone tell me what it's called and where I find it? What does it cost?

While I can perhaps understand that you feel that some people were trolling when things blew up after the 20,000 was reached - after all, no one likes to be accused of cheating or of ruining someone else's good time - perhaps you can also see the other side of the coin.

Surely, in the heat of the moment it's hard to understand what would make you decide to suddenly delete posts when there is a race to the finish. I found it rather peculiar, myself, given the stakes. Well, we all do silly things.

Let's keep both perspectives of this in mind before we keep hammering away at this, or go into hiding. Stuff happens.
