Oh and that picture of the peanut on the sidewalk looking like he was all beat up? Yeah... that poor peanut, he was a salted peanut.

From most people I would assume that they were unsuccessfully trying to be funny. Pep (From you, I assume that it is just more public illiteracy.) You wouldn't know funny if you tripped over it on your way to Google Image Search to find pictures of your pretend vacation. |

Time is quickly running-out for the existing forum.
Thank you all who have posted, and for all help and insight you have shared. Too bad that the owners appear to prefer one-way communication rather than discussion. Unless LL comes-up with something really workable I'll mainly be lurking over at SLU in the future. /Marjo |

That were having parties in teh street when you didnt show up a few weeks ago. Welcome back. Pep (I have been doing useful real world stuff; I thought I would pop back though, for a few days, so no-one would think I was an apocryphal rat - as in "sinking ship" - in addition to being a real one, as an antidote to all this Chicken Licken hysterical behaviour.) PS You are welcome, as is anyone else, to contact me inworld; as has been noted by those with some experience, I am a different person there, tending to ignore stupidity rather than highlighting it. _____________________

I went to The Art Box this evening because I was bored and I'm procrastinating as usual. It's been a while since I've been there and there are so many new things! Essentially they are reproductions of famous works of art where you are able to immerse yourself within them and many of them come with props you can use. It seems I always tend to bump into the owners when I'm there and they are quite lovely to chat with. http://slurl.com/secondlife/Klaw/21/20/22 Perhaps a bit sacrilegious ![]() /me smiles cherubically ![]() I have GOT to get to the Art Box!!! Great pics, Josh. ![]() |

My daughter got stuck in Philly today. She was there interviewing with Penn State for the Grad program and was to fly home tonight but all flights out of there were cancelled. She was suppose to leave Denver again tonight to fly to FL for the next interview, but now she cannot get out of Philly until tomorrow, so FL has to be rescheduled. I hope she got home safely, Lil. |

Hi, Threadies! Probably this is my last post in this historic construction. Love, hugs, and congratulations to you all, especially Rhaorth for being (however unwittingly) the Mother of the Thread, and to Maureen, for all the gold stars and yummy breakfasts. *hugs* Your RA posts have been some of the highlights of my SL reading. I'm so glad I'll see you inworld...AND in RL!!! *smiles* |

I hadn't realised before that Gabby suffered from the Heather Mills Syndrome.

Long time forum reader here. I will miss the forums, in all their raging chaos and semi-brokenness. Life can be messy like that, and I don't think that's a bad thing. The new blog/forum format feels sterile and lifeless right now, but I am hopeful it will get better. Life finds a way Take care folks. See you on the other side. Hello, Count. Thank you for popping in. I know I will miss this forum, too. And for your first post: ![]() |
