Tyty... I must say RL sometimes has way more drama than SL  Hubby improves daily and is so relieved to be home. The six now teenage cats are a big part of his rehab  Now to get them fixed LOL@ Mo ah ha ty SIX cats!!! LOL, oh I can only imagine the antics.  |

So that guy is a friend of Treasure? I had no idea when I took the pic.  I had to look at the hair. See if any was in the shape, formed the shape of an X. Because, you know, X marks the spot where Treasure can be found. I feared she might have been eaten. _____________________

Lula - I immediately thought of you and your love of authentic costumes when I saw this. Lemania made this gown, called Haitian Queen, to raise funds for the Red Cross for Haiti. It sells for 300L and all of the money goes to the charity -- Lemania is a designer that can be trusted on that. Soon I'm going to an appointment... on Christmas my family got me a gift certificate at this great spa down the street. It's for an hour massage, but I'm going to kick it up to 90 minutes.
Plus, it's a beautiful day outside. I just spent like an hour writing an email to a potential employer who wanted some detail on my recent work experience. He had some specific questions. I wrote and wrote and thought, "Oh, god, this is getting too long!" Then I re-read his questions and started again, making my answer more compact and easier to read. I also got in touch with a boss I had three jobs ago. I loved working with her, and she has recently been laid off too. So we compared notes. Great person. I've also started getting into LinkedIn, which I never wanted to join, but kind of was forced to... it's sort of facebook for professional people. You can see who the people you know are connected to, or if you know anyone at a company you're interested in. I'm still figuring it out, but it seems to be helpful. Anyway... massage! |

Meh, I bought this nice leather jacket at the Aoharu sale and it's got BOOBS!  It looked unisex on the vendor. I hate when I do that. LOL it actually looks ok if you just look directly from the front but not so much from a side view. No transfer either, otherwise I'd give it away. I got some other things but I always forget the stuff there looks great but there are a million attachments/variations and stuff takes forever to adjust. That's been a recurring problem at Aoharu.  And yeah...lots of prims. I have a few things from there..in particular, a winter jacket which I love...but oy, there are a lot of prim attachments. |

This was taken in Chakryn Forest. I never realized how cool this place looked until I got my new computer. I really love their sculpted sunlight which changes with the time of day and I think they're only one prim. My inner nerd totally wants to figure out how they are made because they look like a complicated sculpted shape but making something similar would probably be beyond my pay grade in the sculpt department unless I could buy the sculpt map. The sunlight is so nice but kinda pricey though so I'm going to try and show some self-restraint, although I've had my eye on them for a long time. I'm calling this pic, "In Search of Unicorns"  oh wow, that 's a lovely shot in Chakryn Forest. Love that place. I've never heard of sculpted sunlight, so now I'm keen to go take a look see... |
