Do you have reading difficulties, Allegria? Or perhaps it's time to change the glasses if you can't tell the difference between Pea and Pep. :p

I must admit that I didn't realise that you were one of those well-balanced feminists with chips on both shoulders. If you weren't so one-eyed and intolerant and actually read my posts, you would find it obvious that I treat everyone as I find them, race, religion, sex and species being irrelevant - particularly since how am I to know whether what is professed by anybody is accurate; the number of males obviously posing as females in this thread is a case a point.

If you think that I am picking specifically on women then you are absolutely wrong; if it appears so, then it is probably that I am responding to the increasing numbers of females who are finding semi-braveness in challenging me here in the comparative safety of a supposedly civilised and monitored environment, but who then lose their sense of proportion when I point out when their responses are illogical and disproportionately emotionally unbalanced - like yours is.

Finally, if your criticism is based on my historic references to my wife, then I would suggest that you MYOBB as my relationship with her is mine to do with as I want. Of course, my comments might be entirely fictional. I hope you don't inflict the pain of watching movies like Kramer v Kramer upon yourself!

Pep (Who knows, I might actually be female myself; how would that square with your views?)

Pep a woman? I am off to get the rumor mill started ;)

I am inworld now, waiting for the tour buses to pull up.

I visited Brenda's house - it's nice, Brenda! AND - after the warning about the bot-bed, I had to try it. I've never been ravished by a robot. Or is it "ravaged"?

Woman? No
My bet is on OCD with a Repetitive Compulsive personality disorder.

John Clease was the same way, so they say. He didn't want anyone to like him. Makes it hard as a human animal because it is a direct conflict with the need for social acceptance.

I think you click on the sign on the deck at the Hangout.

I just logged out a little while ago after hanging around (and straightening things up) for three hours. Gabriele gave me an online status indicator that I stuck up next to my door, but it's fine to poke around even if I'm not there.

I'll try to be around as much as I can, but only-just-unveiled family duties will keep me away for the next three or four hours.

ohhh, prolly shouldn't say so, but last evening I figured out why I was so off yesterday.

the night before I was at a friend's house and he had this beer I will not name. It tasted fine at the time but all yesterday I guess the impurities or whatever set me off my usual equlibrium.

I don't know why it took all day to figure it out. Maybe it was because i was stuck inside all day, because it wasn't until I was in the open air that it came to me.

@ Amaranthim: A group notice last night went out with an attached notecard with all the locations embedded. You can get it from the forum cartel group notice history and save the attachment or you can also get the list by touching the pink tour sign at the cartel http://slurl.com/secondlife/Allana/160/32/37

Everyone take pics please (/me hates my graphics card) and hope you have fun. There are presents for you all at my house so please pop by along with all the great volunteers that have opened up their homes today!

Good morning everyone. Sharing a couple of pix I took last night after an enormous storm rolled through the north Jersey area. First one was taken off of my deck, as lightening was still popping up, at twilight. Second, at sunset, from just outside my front door looking down the block where the train passes by. For once, I was happy that condo complex still hasn't been built yet across the street as if allowed me a clear view to the tracks :)

Fabulous pictures, Elora! Of all the weather that we don't get here the only kind I miss a bit is the spectacular thunder storms we used to get when I lived in the mid-west.

Is it bad that the first thing I thought to say was, "Nice windlight settings!"

Mari, thanks for the link to that train place I asked about, but it is the same place that someone else gave me. It is gone. :(

LOL! I'll tell you, last night that sky just kept getting better and better. And if SL was the cause of it, it's the first good thing I've experienced from them all week :p

It was an awesome storm. A few lightning strikes came a bit too close for comfort, but it was entertaining.

Hi everyone. I'm not sure how long I was gone but I'm back.
First I was pretty busy doing SL contract work. Then had a couple of head ache days - not too bad, my meds got me fairly comfortable but not too functional. Then a couple of days wrangling a grand kid. Then I'm not sure how long *muffle/mumble* playing Sims 3. Then a long time to read everything here that I missed.

It feels good to be caught up.

i smile for many reasons today, but one very high motivation is having you back. you have been missed. welcome home. :)
